Villa Antonia, ennis court and jacuzzi in a beautiful rural setting

Located in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa, this attractive country house is ideal for tennis lovers as it is one of the few villas that has a completely private tennis court. The villa is distributed over a single floor. Ceramic floors and wooden beams are the characteristic features of this house. Upon entering we find a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV, DVD, comfortable sofas, a fireplace and French doors that open to the outside, onto a large covered terrace where we can find a pool table. There is a nice large kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is also a small pantry and a laundry room where we can find the washing machine, iron and ironing board.The bedroom area consists of a double room and two double rooms, all of them with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning units. The rooms share two full bathrooms. The rectangular pool is surrounded by a grassy garden and in one corner is the private tennis court. It should be noted that the terrace area is equipped with outdoor furniture. Completing the villa is a barbecue area with a sink and an antique wood-burning oven. Villa El Molí is a very family-friendly house and is ideal for spending a family holiday in a rural setting but not far from all the amenities and services offered in the town.-
