The spectacular Margalida house is located in Alcudia, new, with a modern structure, interiors, and atmosphere. Equipped with every detail for a dream vacation in a residential area 2 km from the beach, to enjoy the Mediterranean climate that Mallorca offers.



Enjoy the best baths under the sun in the 5m x 3m saltwater pool, located next to the large outdoor chill out area, and its barbecue. Outdoor area directly connected to the kitchen and spacious dining room. Equipped in detail with air conditioning, wifi (fiber), Smart TV (Netflix...), alarm...



The house has space for 6 guests and is distributed over three floors. Its rooms are fully equipped for a good rest. One of them with an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor you will find a room with a single bed and a terrace with hammocks where you can enjoy the sun of Mallorca. Three bathrooms with shower will be at your disposal.

You will have entertainment guaranteed thanks to its game area on the ground floor of the house, with billiards and ping-pong table. Carefully maintained exteriors with a beautiful garden and an extravagant statue at the entrance. All rooms have air conditioning.



House located in a residential area just 2 km from the sea and the magnificent Arena de San Pere beach. In the same area, you will find rocky beaches where you can do snorkeling or the magnificent rocky beach S'Ilot known for its small island. In the same Bonaire area, you will find beautiful restaurants where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Amazing luxurious, minimalist house. Very clean, well equipped and felt like home for a week. So many great things: pool is wonderful and the outdoor patios are amazing; kitchen superb, showers lovely, basement games room/garage, peaceful area and even sunset/sea views from the upper terrace.

Die Finca ist großartig und bietet alles was man braucht!Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Wohnlage. Bis nach Alcudia braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Kleine Badebuchten sind in der Nähe mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!!!

Vi har nydt vores uge i AlcudiaHuset og omgivelserne levede fuldstændig op til vores forventninger og mer til.Huset var rent og pænt og det samme galt poolen.Flot velholdt have og fantastisk udsigt over hav og bjerge fra tagterassen.Eneste mangler var, at der manglede vand- og vinglas og panderne og grill kunne godt trænge til en udskiftning.Vi havde under vores ophold lidt problemer med fluer i huset.Ellers bedst anbefalinger herfraFamilien Munkholm

Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Lage ist schön und sehr ruhig. Sehr angenehm zum entspannen. Leider waren wir ohne Auto da und zu Fuß war alles dann doch etwas weiter als gedacht. Aber an sich waren wir rund um zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt 😊 liebe Grüße und bis zum nächsten Mal ✌🏻😁

La casa è spaziosa, molto attrezzata e rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa per 8 giorni, eravamo in 6 ragazzi/ ragazze e da subito ci siamo trovati molto bene. . In cucina si trovano già gli essenziali per cucinare e per pulire. È presente anche una lavatrice con asciugatrice nel piano interrato. Abbiamo avuto un problema con i lavandini e la lavatrice il primo giorno, ma i proprietari si sono dimostrati subito molto disponibili, arrivando poche ore dopo il nostro avviso, risolvendo il problema e consigliandoci anche posti dove andare a mangiare nei dintorni. La villa si trova in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo, a pochi minuti in macchina da Alcudia e nelle vicinanze di molte spiagge. Assolutamente da ritornarci!

Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst, modern eingerichtet sehr viel Platz es hätten auch 7 Leute ohne Probleme reingepasst, schöner Pool sehr schöne Lage, wir haben uns ein Auto gemietet und von der Wohnung aus waren die Strände 7 oder Sandstrand 15 Minuten weit weg in die Innenstadt auch so 10 Minuten. Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden Nichts es war hervorragend

Gospodarz pomagał jak mógł, piękny dom, spokojna okolica i jednocześnie 10 minut autem do starego miasta, portu Alcúdii i pubów. Jedynym minusem jaki mogę znaleźć jest brak śmietnika przed domem i brak instrukcji przy wymeldowaniu się, jednak jest to intuicyjne i działa tak jak na zameldowaniu. Serdecznie polecam ten nocleg jak i gospodarza

Awesome pool and nice location

The location is simply stunning. same as the surroundings. theres a lot of houses around to check out. the pool was awesome as well as the full equipped kitchen. the only thing that was a bit stressful were the cleaning ladies and the garden people. they were there quite early at 9:30 in the morning.

Beautiful house in residencial area

This place is a gem! We really enjoyed our stay in the villa even though we couldn’t find it at first (we didn’t know Spanish houses have 2 numbers). The area is peaceful and there are beautiful beaches 5 minutes away. I love that the kitchen is pretty much equipped so we got to cook some dinners.

Modern property

Access was easy with a lockbox for the keys. The property was clean, modern and well-equipped. It's a quiet location, but that was perfect for us there's a small pool, table tennis and billiards tables to keep everyone busy. We enjoyed visiting the local beaches of Sant Pere and Sant Joan and wandering around the old town of Alcudia.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Alles war wunderbar mit 2 kleinen Ausnahmen, die wir gut verkraften konnten: 1) Es gab leider immer wieder Ameisenansammlungen, v. a. in der Küche, so dass man extrem penibel auf Sauberkeit achten musste. 2) Sehr laute Nachbarn vom Grundstück zur Carrer Lafontona aufgrund der Lage der Häuser und Ausrichtung der Pool-Bereiche. Sehr positiv war die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Möglichkeiten zum Pool-Billard und Tischtennis. Gute Betten, gute Klimatisierung. Die Kosten im Vergleich zu den Vor-Corona-Jahren waren jedoch absolut an der Schmerzgrenze, aber das betrifft ja nicht spezifisch diese Unterkunft.
