Idéalement situé au cœur du bourg et face au chateau. A proximité boulangerie, tabac, restaurants, piscines, bords de loire, gare pour jonction plages,Nantes ou Angers. Très bien équipé avec équipements de qualité. Bonne literie. Garage et petit extérieur très appréciable.

Das Haus ist wunderschön

Das Haus ist wunderschön und bietet genügend Platz. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ein absolutes Plus ist die Garage, die direkt am Haus ist. Man kann von der Garage direkt ins Haus. Die Vermieter sind super nett und antworten immer sofort auf jede Frage. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Das Örtchen ist sehr nett und sehr übersichtlich.

This loft, we thought, designed and adapted throughout a five-year course.
From an old barn, well located, we had the opportunity to carry out a professional reconversion: Michel could thus combine his skills of animation, especially in the nautical, and his taste for the restoration of old stones. This project, supported by the General Council and the local craftsmen, gave rise to a comfort and low consumption housing, at the same time modern and emphasizing the old materials.
