This duplex is on the first and second floor. It is 40 m² and it is composed of a living-room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, bedroom and it offers a private 10 m² terrace.

CAUTION: there are several staircases.

the living-room is composed of a sofa, a 32" TV set and a WIFI internet connexion.

A fully equipped kitchen will enable you to be independent if you wish so. It is composed of an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge, a dishwasher and a dining-table set for four. A Nespresso coffee-machine and a tea-box are also at your disposal.

The bedroom is situated on the top floor and will offer you a Queen-size bed (160x200).

Bedroom have cupboards. Pillows, quilts and sheets (or quilt covers) are provided and included.

The bathroom is composed of a shower and a basin. Towels are provided and included.

Several bus lines will take you in 10 mn to the town center, or you can also rent a bicycle, for one euro or so at the next self-service bike station 300 m away from the flat. The train stations Lille-Europe and Lille-Flandres are 2 kms away and parking is available and free in front and opposite the building.

Convenient overnight stay for those not physically challenged

Once through the large door, on a rather tatty street front, the courtyard leads to the smart lapartments, up some wooden stairs, where a table and chairs are positioned on the balcony. The apartment is quite trendy and comfortable, with kitchen area, fridge etc.The metal steps up the next floor may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties. The bedroom is pleasant, with unusual recessed floor lights. The walk in, rain shower is separate to the toilet.
