THIS PROPERTY IS HAVING BALUSTRADES REPLACED AND BLOCK BEING PAINTED. WE ARE HOPING WILL BE COMPLETE BY END OF JANUARY BUT OWING TO ANY POSSIBLE INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE CANNOT MAKE ANY PROMISES

Apartment 21G is a superb 3 bedroom 2 – bathroom Ocean front property in a superb location overlooking the sea. This property has been the subject of extensive modernisation and is now a very modern and superbly equipped unit.

From the good sized balcony overlooking the rocky part of the beach and promenade lined with palm trees, there are wonderful views to the Black Rock (Rochas Negras) and out to open sea. As the property overlooks the Atlantic there is nearly always a perpetual breeze.

This first floor accommodation is reached via easy rise steps to the front door from where the spacious hallway leads to all rooms. There are two twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes serviced by a full bathroom off the hallway. The master bedroom has a large bed, fitted wardrobes and a superb well appointed shower room en-suite. Patio doors open onto the balcony.

From the superb kitchen with full cooker, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and all the usual utensils, there are views to the sea; one can stand at the hob and look out to sea!

The large lounge/dining room has comfortable seating, dining table and chairs for 4+ people, internet driven TV with a range of channels. Air conditioning /heater. From here, patio doors also lead onto the superb balcony overlooking the sea that is ideal for alfresco dining or that well-earned drink. An assortment of outside furniture is provided for al-fresco dining and sunbathing. There is also a log burner making it suitable for winter rents (logs not provided).

The accommodation does not have pool facilities included, but with the beach and its attractions being 'on the doorstep', it has proven to be an excellent choice for both families and couples alike. WIFI included. The main bedroom has air conditioning unit (heating also). FROM 1 NOV 2024 TO 31 MARCH 2025 AN ALLOWANCE OF 50 EUROS PER WEEK IS INCLUDED FOR ELECTRICITY, THE METER IS READ AND ANYTHING OVER AND ABOVE THE CLIENT IS CHARGED FOR
