Located metres from the free heated pool, perfect for families (many require a walk and crossing a road to non central pools) but here you can keep a watchful eye on children by the pool, but from the property

Private owners looking to offer outstanding value on a unique and possibly the best property as it is south facing with a unique, very large all day roof sun terrace and direct access to main pool (unlike most who cannot use the pool)
A second home and used by our children for 20 years as located 5 metres from the main free pool while others cannot even access the main pool

Our property has been issued with an "Alojamento Local", a license required and issued by the authorities in Portugal which certifies that the property meets the legal standard in respect of safety, comfort and hygiene and unlike most.
