(The beach of El Golfet is connected by a path at sea front with the center).
The apartment is part of a small and familiar community with garden and pool.
It is a first floor with some sea view, and has got a living-dining room with exit to a large terrace, large and RENEWED kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom.
To access the community area you have to cross a small cul-de-sac (no traffic), since the community consists of 2 parts separated by this street.
Parking in communal garage.
Community WIFI. We are not responsible for the speed or proper functioning of the system.
