The Puentuco offers a new building but using materials such as reclaimed wood, natural stone and old brick, fully integrated into the natural environment in which it is located, surrounded by wide meadows and with incredible views of the nearby mountains.
El Puentuco rural house has:
A living room of 25 m2 with fireplace.
Kitchen - separate dining room of 26m2 fully equipped with another fireplace.
Equipped with: oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, iron, toaster, kitchenware and hot water.
A triple room with full bathroom and T.V.,
Two double rooms with full bathroom, a sofa bed and T.V.
A single room with a bed of 1.20mts. with full bathroom and T.V.
House capacity between 6 and 11 people.

El Puentuco, located on a farm of over 4,000 m² bordered by a stream, has a large garden area with garden furniture, a large natural stone table and barbecue. Being completely closed allows you to enjoy peace and quiet outside the usual, where children can play quietly.
