- 2 bedrooms each with an upscale Terre d'Aubrac Queen Size bed (160 x 200), wardrobe and flat screen TV
- a living room with a sofa, a table for 4 people and a flat screen TV with more than 150 international channels and Netflix
- a bathroom with large shower and washer-dryer washing machine
- separate toilets

Linens provided including 4 pillows and 1 duvet per bed (bed linen included) and 2 hand towels per person.

2 terraces of 14m² and 4m² (one overlooking the Avenue de Champagne and the other, overlooking the town and the vineyards of the surrounding villages) decorate this 70m² apartment

Glücklich und entspannt in dieser Wohnung

Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit vielen schönen Details-alles was man braucht. Wunderschöne Bettwäsche und alles sehr sehr sauber- einfach nur einzigartig!

Champagne Stay

Please be aware that there is one full bathroom in US standards. There is a room with one toilet and a room with one tub/shower and one sink. This is not a two bathroom apartment as indicated in the listing. Property manager claims it’s a VRBO issue. Otherwise very very clean apartments but a good walk to the center of town and grocery store.

Champagne(r) mit Aussicht

Sehr schönes Appartement, gute Betten und als Highlight zwei Balkone, so dass wir je nach Tageszeit und Stimmung den Blick auf die belebte Avenue de Champagne oder die Weinberge im Norden genießen konnten. Und sehr guten Champagner gibt es dazu in der Nachbarschaft oder von der Vermieterin. Merci à Audrey et Audrey!
