A king size bed in the master suite with TV, as well as large master bath. The second bedroom offers an inviting Queen size bed with TV, and a third room has bunk beds with full-thickness twin mattresses. Unit 103 is located on the second level with a direct view of the ocean. All units come with beach service, and full-resort access. Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your very own space in the sand.

This unit is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

Birthday trip

Very good. Unit needs updating but we enjoyed convenience. Had not been properly cleaned. Coffee pot had molded grounds in it. Laundry room was very dusty & door track was a bit disgusting in the track. But again great location & convenient!

Wonderful place!

You can’t beat the location of this place. It is right on the beach with a beautiful view. This was our first time in Fort Walton, and we will be back!

On the beach

Great location right on the beach. No streets to cross. Even while sitting on the deck it feels like you're on the beach. Easy access to pool. Plenty of parking. Unit is spacious with many conveniences, including beach chairs and umbrella.

Loved the accommodations

The property was very nice. Decorated nicely and clean. The door going out to the deck has a broken handle. The elevator began to malfunction in the last day or two. Being on the first floor was helpful
