Everything about this rental was great! Just as described in the listing. Condo on the beach, clean, more than enough room for our party of 7. Having the two beach chairs and umbrella service provided was a wonderful amenity. Stewby’s is a mile down the street and is absolutely delicious.

Family vacation

We had an amazing time during our stay. The condo had everything we could need and plenty of space for two families. It was also nice to have games and toys for our little one. The pool was easy to access and a great way to spend the day as well as the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and are already hoping to return again next summer! It was spacious and the location was great; we loved being able to look out the window and see the beautiful ocean view and take a short walk down to the beach. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Mike and Jennifer have a gorgeous home. Their furnishings are beautiful and functional. The views and access to the beach are fantastic. We had a couple of glitches with televisions and internet (due to prior renters), but it was overall a fantastic rental and we are thankful for these memories.

Beach Family Vacation

This property is as perfect for our family vacation. Kid friendly, easy access to the beach and pool, two living spaces and ample room provided all of our needs. Jennifer and Mike provided great communication and were so easy to work with. We sure hope to return again someday to beautiful Okaloosa Island.

Wonderful Beach Stay

The condo was perfect for our two families … the two masters gave everyone their own space and the extra living room area gave the tweens/teens their own area to hang out in the evenings. A great location and just steps from the beach! The owners were very communicative and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again.

Great Condo and Location

Mike and Jennifer were wonderful to deal with! The condo was perfect for all of us (9) everyone had plenty of space. The location was close to everything you needed. We would defiantly stay here again.

Well decorated and very comfortable

This unit is very tastefully decorated, they did an excellent job with the remodel. We were there for Thanksgiving and the pool was heated so you could swim. The beach is absolutely amazing and well kept. We saw lots of dolphins and manta rays. Will definitely come back and rent here again.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was in a great location. Very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Beach chairs being rented daily by the condo owner is also an amazing bonus, it made our walk down to the beach so much easier. They also provided floats and beak toys, which meant one less thing for us to unpack. Will definitely choose to stay at #402 in the future!

Such a great experience

This was such a great experience. The owners are so nice and the property is absolutely amazing! We had so much space to be able to hang out together or take some time apart and for a group as big as mine (7 adult women) that is a big deal. This was so wonderful and we will be coming back next year!!

Fun in the sun!

We had an amazing vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the spaciousness of the condo and especially enjoyed having a second sitting/tv room to accommodate different family members wanting to do different things during down time. The hosts were very timely in their responses and made everything very clear and easy upon our arrival. We had access to everything we needed and were able to spend so much time bonding and having fun in the sun on the beautiful beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Gorgeous, spacious condo

We loved our stay in this spacious newly remodeled condo. Super clean & beautiful, with new furnishings that were obviously chosen with care. Super comfy bedding, modern everything. Many extra thoughtful touches. Would recommend & would stay here again! Be sure & note that it is a side unit-thus a side view of the ocean from the balconies (but a nice view).

Loved this condo!

We really enjoyed the space that we had in this condo! It fit 6 adults, one teenager, and an infant perfectly with plenty of room if we had a few extra kids! The condo was clean and had every thing we needed/forgot. We love Emerald Isle in general, this was our 3rd year staying there, and this was by far the best condo we’ve stayed in there. We hope to be able to stay here again in the coming years! 10/10!
