Small studio of 16 m², offering a large 160 cm bed caressed by the morning sun with its eastern exposure and its view of the Corsuet forest and Mont Revard.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave.

We are waiting for you in the commune of Brison-St-Innocent which is located on the shores of the Lac du Bourget, 3km from Aix-les-Bains and facing the Hautecombe Abbey. With its Mediterranean microclimate favourable to mimosas, olive trees, fig-trees, and banana trees growing in the ground, it is nicknamed: "The Nice Savoyard"! Come and discover this village of natural, even wild landscapes (a series of cliffs, valleys and wooded areas), visit its wine farms (AOC) or enjoy its leisure centre.
On a fully enclosed property of 3 500m² in a quiet and well-exposed residential area. Near the beach (1km), the spa town of Aix les Bains (6km) and its port (3km). Secure parking.
Stroll along the lakefront on foot or by bike, go for a walk in the mountains, escape on a cruise, fly over the region in a paraglider or relax at the thermal baths of Aix les Bains... there is no shortage of activities in the area!
You can also walk on the marked trails that allow nature lovers and walkers to discover the nearby mountains and admire the lake in its entirety, from Bourget du Lac to Chautagne. is nicknamed:
