1 Bedroom Apartment Sleeps Up To 6
We are Londoners who love the City. We live and work in London, so are on hand to help you make the most of your stay. We can help with bookings, recommend sights to see, restaurants to try and generally provide any help required to make this your dream holiday.
Simon purchased this Apartment in 2008
Why Simon chose City of Westminster
The apartment is centrally located, meaning you can walk to any of the attractions. The area is elegant, safe and refined. There are wonderful shops and restaurants on the doorstep. If you love architecture and art, you will love the beauty of the area. We have Regent's Park and Hyde Park within ten minutes for nature lovers.
What makes this Apartment unique
Central position, excellent value for money for larger parties, working out at a great per person per night for a party of 6. The comfort of a hotel, yet the amenities of home. Privacy, no neighbour noise. A chance to live the London life like a local.
No refunds for cancellations made after payment is made
This flat worked very well for what we needed. It is a bit dated and can use some work (the shower temperature is difficult to adjust, the kitchen faucets is unstable and not all the lights work) despite that, we had a great stay. The sheets were clean as was the rest of the flat. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as they were not available in the flat. Communication with Simon and Laila was very easy.
Great location at a fantastic price
This flat worked perfectly for our family of three (two adults, one kid). Shops are close by and Tube is easy walking distance. Not a lot of space to maneuver once the sofa bed is pulled out, but we made it work :)
Room way too small for 4 people. Had to move couch in order to open it up. Overall pretty dirty.
No prob renting, but 4 people too many for small room. 1 couch couldn't be opened, not enough room. Other couch matters warn out, sagging and uncomfortable!!
Conveniently located apartment
Spacious apartment, located near Edgeware and Marylebone tube stations, many restaurants, and two supermarkets. This is our third time here. Apartment is on third floor on a street corner but is quiet.
Marred slightly by a number of items that could be simply repaired, such as handles on drawers missing, bathroom door bolt not working, wardrobes door slides need repair, kitchen mixer tap is loose and may cause a severe water leakage.
Great location in london
It’s a walk up with questionable carpet on way up. Panting, you open door and all is good!! Location, cleanliness is what this spot is about. 5’s. The owner was super responsive with stupid issue we had. I’d stay here again which is greatest testimony.
The property was clean, nicely organized, exactly what we expected. The location is fantastic! Close to public transit, Hyde park, groceries store. We really appreciate owner's effort to accommodate our lately night arrival. Thank you.
Set in historic Westminster, the apartment is in Central Marylebone. This part of London is stylish and classy, known best to native Londoners, a hidden gem with first rate restaurants and shops. The buildings are historic, dating from the Georgian era, elegant, with the famous cream coloured John Nash architecture in abundance.
A short walk from the apartment lies Regent's Park, famous for its formal gardens, boating lake and play parks. In the summer, the open air theatre stages productions and concerts. Heading south takes you to Oxford Street and Mayfair, a short ten minute stroll. This area is romantic and would suit couples. For families the choice of activities are endless, with world class museums, art, architecture, shopping and parks. A short ride takes you to the South Bank with the London Eye (big wheel ride with views of London) and the art galleries, a perfect place to eat out with river views.
