Nine Luxury Apartments are on offer with excellent sea views from all the apartment lounges.
All linen is supplied including towels. Each apartment is fully contained with en-suite shower and toilet.
There is and electricity meter in each apartment.
The comfort and enjoyment of your stay with us is of utmost importance. Situated on the select North Shore area of Blackpool. Near the Imperial and Hilton Hotels, (ideal for the Conference Season).
One Rutland Gate offers modern, clean, well furnished apartments at sensible prices. The North Shore area is also home to Blackpool's rather good art gallery,
The Grundy, which plays host to regular exhibitions often with a particular Blackpool history focus. Blackpool's Frank Matcham jewel is here too - one of the country's most beautiful theatres and the most complete of the remaining Matcham theatres - The Grand Theatre Blackpool.
