Beautiful Cottage in the heart of Lytham.

This beautiful cottage is right in the heart of Lytham town centre. Decorated to a high and comfortable standard. We have a lovely south facing garden to enjoy and relax. We accept well behaved small dogs at prior approval please.
The green and beach is a 2 minute walk.
All shops and restaurants are a very short walk.
St.annes is a 5-10 minute drive and Blackpool just 15 minutes.

Lovely cottage in excellent location

We had a wonderful short stay in this cottage which is situated down a quiet side street very near the shops and restaurants in Lytham. The property has secure garage parking for a car and was tastefully decorated, clean and quiet.

Lovely property

Beautiful cottage, a lovely relaxing home away from home. Two to five minutes walk from great restaurants, shops and cafes. The garage takes the strain out of parking and an easy bus route to Blackpool. Fabulous stay loved it.

Lovely Lyrham

Our overall stay was lovely. The ‘cottage’ was as described however the small ‘garden area’ was over run with vegetation/weeds and was unfortunately unkempt. The property manager was very nice and almost immediately advised I had left my iPad which she organised its return without delay! Fantastic!

Excellently located and very well-appointed house in Lytham

This is a comfortable, immaculately-presented, and very well-equipped property located in the heart of the lovely town of Lytham. The house includes a spacious dining room and adjoining living room, a very well-appointed kitchen, and two bedrooms; whilst one bedroom was a bit tight, this still provided ample space for our family of two adults and two children (14 and 12 years). The property also has an outdoor patio to the rear, leading to a spacious private garage. The property is also just one block removed from the main street of Lytham, containing an array of quality local shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, in the other direction, the house is only one block removed from the Lytham Windmill and the superb local coastal walking path which stretches via Fairhaven/Ansdell on to St Annes. For a relaxing break in Lancashire around the Ribble Estuary, this property is highly recommended.

Lovely leafy Lytham

Situated between the shops, cafe's and bars on Clifton Street and the Windmill on the green , this really is the perfect location to stay when visiting Leafy Lytham. The house itself is superbly furnished, spotlessly clean, and feels much larger inside than the front facade suggests. On first entering the house it was a lovely surprise to find a little care package had been provided for us in the kitchen. There is a small private garden at the back of the house, which was lovely to be able to sit outside in, and enjoy the sunshine. Parking a car in Lytham can be a little tricky on busy weekends, but as there is a large garage at the rear of the property, this was never a problem. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable, and along with it being in a very quiet area, ensured we all had a good nights sleep. Our host Holly kept in good contact with us from the start of our holiday ensuring we had a stress free break, and knowing we could reach her at anytime should we need anything. We couldn't fault anything at all, our only thought was to suggest maybe the inclusion of a small bin in the bathroom and a downstairs mirror perhaps, but this is purely a suggestion. Would we stay here again? absolutely, it is a little gem of a place, and a credit to Holly.
