The house is an upside-down house with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor with the living and kitchen area upstairs. The main bedroom is a king bedded room with side cabinets, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. There are two additional double bedrooms with double beds, side cabinets and a wardrobe. The king and one of the double rooms both overlook the river. The shower room is downstairs with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity unit with sink.
Upstairs is the lounge/dining area and kitchen. The lounge also has the advantage of looking out over the Marina and the River Ouse. A spacious balcony with outdoor seating is accessible through bifold doors. Ideal for long nights spent enjoying a drink and taking in views of St. Neots. The lounge has a large corner sofa with side tables, a sideboard with a TV and an oak and glass table and chairs for six people.
The kitchen is modern and was replaced in 2022. There is an electric hob and oven. In addition, there is a washer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, and toaster. Kitchen storage and workspace are both plentiful.
The house is fitted with Virgin Fiber broadband and has one allocated parking space in the designated car park.
The house is a two-minute stroll to the town center where you will find all the restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and shops.
