All of our rooms are brand new (June 2017), they have a modern private bathroom with showers. Apartments have a comfortable double beds, Lounge area with flat screen Smart TVs and a modern fitted kitchen with appliances

All of our modern city centre apartments consist of a lounge with flat screen TV and an open plan kitchen with integrated appliances.

We are located in the heart of the city opposite the Highcross Shopping Centre and De Montfort University is 900 yards from the property on foot, so you will never be short of things to do, whether it is eating out, shopping, visiting friends or historic sites, all within close range of our apartments.

Deposits are charged from 150 GBP upwards of 250 GBP in relation to room booked and managements discretion.

Great location, staff was friendly, it had all the facilities I needed for my stay. This was my third time here and I would stay here again.

The room I was given the sofa was broken and the cupboard door paint or wood was peeling off. And the wifi is sooo bad I would not recommend if you are working. Your better off with your own data. There was a lot to watch on tv like Netflix bbc iPlayer. Which was was great.
