Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, convenient location.
We recently stayed at the King's Head for a short break to meet friends, and explore Rye and the surrounding area. The hotel was very convenient to walk into Rye, with local footpaths to explore.

A brief but very comfortable stay
The cottage room was clean and comfortable. We stayed just one night as we were on a cycling tour of Kent, with this brief cross over into East Sussex. Not all hotels allowed a one night stay at the weekend, but The Kings Head were accomodating and friendly and reasonably priced. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Would definitely stay again.
