Alexander Apartments offers 1, 2, 3 bedroom Apartments, Penthouses and Town Houses in prime locations across the North East. Our beautifully maintained Apartments allows you to relax in a perfect home away from home. The rental includes utility bills, WIFI and Weekly housekeeping.
We are able to offer a unique combination of en suite accommodation on a Room Only basis and whilst you are still able to enjoy the services associated with a more traditional hotel or guest house.
You have lounge areas with comfy sofas, TVs, dining areas with fully equipped kitchens. The guest kitchens generally have an oven, hob, extraction, fridge, microwave etc so you can prepare your own meals to dine in, eat on the go or simply enjoy in bed. Fluffy towels & complimentary toiletries also await - all to try and make your stay more enjoyable!

You can enjoy a warm welcome and we hope you will find our comfy home from home accommodation an ideal choice, aiming to keep our prices as low as possible whilst still offering good value and quality accommodation. We are a popular choice for both contractors & business executives working in the area for short term or long term projects. We can offer flexible discounted rates (please enquire further) to company lets. Our accommodations is also a great place to stay if you intend to explore the area or just enjoy the local amenities.

We have a minimum 26 year old lead guest policy.

The Security Deposit should be paid by bank transfer before arrival and will be returned within 7 days after checking out. If you cause any damage to the property or Smoke on the premises you will lose your security deposit. If you misplace the keys you will also have to pay a £50 to replace them.

The property we booked was unavailable, the check in process was unclear and we didn't find this out until a few hours before we arrived. We were given the option of two flats or a house. We chose the house, which was billed to sleep six, but found that there was insufficient crockery and cutlery for even the four of us. On day three, another family walked in to the house as they had been allowed to book it! Lovely location, house need a little attention. Administration and process very disappointing.
