Fantastic stay at the Loft Penthoose
We visited Newcastle for a hen party. After much research I booked Honeypot House for our party of 10 ladies and I am so glad I did. The location was perfect, the accommodation was very classy and had everything we could possibly need

Amazing apartment and central to all amenities
That all the hen party could stay together in one area, this wouldn't be possible with a hotel stay.

Excellent spot for large groups or families (who can manage stairs!)
As family from different parts of the North West we each made our separate way to Newcastle. The property was easy to find and plenty of on street and NCP parking was available locally. The rooms were fresh and well kept, plenty of bathroom options, and it was like being kids again for us all being in one room after a meal!

Amazing Location!
The location of honeypot house is second to none. Everything we had planned for the weekend was a 2-5 minute walk away so convenience was top tier.
Only con was that the wifi did not work in any of the 2 apartments we had booked which meant the kahoot style quiz all about the hen fell flat as there was also no phone signal (all 16 of us experienced issues despite being on different networks).

About the host
Hosted by Host
We’re passionate about celebratory weekends. We’ve been in the travel industry for two decades, so it’s safe to say we know a thing or two about what makes the perfect place to stay.
We know that these days, groups are looking for far more than just a safe, central and secure spot to base their celebrations, they’re looking for an experience – which is why we’ve created Honeypot House.
We’re based in Newcastle ourselves (propa proud Geordies, us) and we know the city like the back of our hands, and are aware of all of the very best spots for shopping, entertainment, eating and drinking – which is exactly why we chose to create this hotel in the central and iconic Bigg Market. Since 1999, we’ve specialised in stag and hen parties, and know that the majority of groups want somewhere well within walking distance of all the main nightlife spots (including the bars they’ve seen on Geordie Shore) – and staying in the Bigg Market certainly ticks that box.
