The location was outstanding. Close to London sights and attractions. Terrific neighborhood with quality shops and restaurants, and convenient transportation nearby. The property manager, Jeremiah, is a great guy and very attentive and helpful. The property, while clean, was misrepresented online. We had a four-bedroom apartment and thought we were getting three king beds and two twins, and instead we got two kings and four twins. We expected three full baths and one half bath, but got two full baths and one half bath. We were told daily housekeeping was included, but at check-in, we were told it was an additional fee. The furnishings were outdated and needed upgrading.
