Not what was advertised and very poor all around
No communication with host on day of booking very disrespectful

The apartment is above a busy pub and car parking on road outside pub
The whole of the 1st floor was directly above the pub and on a Thursday night loud and typically pub music played until 23.30
Making it impossible to rest or sleep until pub closed
Dark and unlit areas to get in and out of apartment
Steep stair access and 5 unmarked keys adding to access issues as guess work every time doors used
All windows were left open. Had to use step ladders to close and apartment was freezing on arrival
Apartment for 4 guests -Only 2 Chairs fir dinning table 2 forks 3 knives and 2 spoons
No basic utensils , tea towels in kitchen.Cooker hood filthy .Hob was not fully functioning
No glasses unless you wanted a 1pt
Washing machine had dirty smelly towels in it
Broken sockets and not working in kitchen
Bathroom sink would not drain
Fire in sitting room no instructions or material left so impossible to use
No Free Wi-fi - did email host on the day but still no response
No apartment instructions eg how to use heating
The carpets in 2nd bedroom were stained and dirty
The sofas were scratched and ripped
One of the beds in 1st bedroom was put in front of of a heater
Broken ceiling lights and cobwebs in sitting room
No bedside tables or lights
No where to put a drink down in sitting room other than the floor

Refuge in Larkhall
This was just a one night stay, following our return from Florida and ahead of another long journey south.
This large apartment was ideal for our purposes. With great fish and chips just across the road.
