Great location close to Edgeware Road station

Terrific location near the Edgeware Road tube station, well managed, and they immediately sent a worker to fix a leak under the bathroom sink. Photos make the rooms appear much larger than they actually are. Also the hot water tank is very small and ran out before two people could take super quick and short showers. The three bedrooms are stacked along one side and share walls, so not much privacy. Kitchen has the bare minimum of pans and utensils.

Absolutely Awful – Avoid at All Costs

This was hands down the worst rental experience I've ever had.The apartment is falling apart. Here’s what we dealt with: Shower tiles literally coming off the wall. One bathroom didn’t even have a shower head. The AC unit was missing its water drain and leaking. The kitchen was bare — not a single basic item: no sponge, no salt, no sugar, nothing. The hot water completely stopped working for 24 hours.When I complained, they sent someone over who barged in wearing shoes, walked inside the shower (!!), stomped on our floor towel, and acted annoyed and borderline hostile. He dismissed every issue like we were inconveniencing him. Totally unacceptable.I asked for a partial refund for at least one night given the mess — after days of back-and-forth where they demanded photos and explanations, they simply said no.The neighborhood looks nice in photos but felt a lot less safe in person compared to other areas we stayed in.Do yourself a huge favor: skip this place. It’s not worth the money, stress, or hassle. This rental should not even be listed on VRBO.

Disappointing

I recently rented this apartment from July 14-19, 2024 and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. This apartment does not have air conditioning as advertised. London can be quite warm during the summer and this was one reason I chose this apartment. The person who meet us at the apartment was very pleasant and tried to appease our concerns about the A/C. He brought us a portable unit however it could only cool the living space and not the bedrooms where we really needed it. The first night the unit stopped working and although they did come to fix it the next day it stopped working again. This apartment is on the 9th floor so it was uncomfortably warm. We also encountered tiny ants throughout the apartment especially in the first bedroom. It is marginally clean and not well stocked to the point where we needed to purchase additional toilet paper. It does have 3 small bedrooms and 2 full baths however it is very small and I find it hard to believe you could comfortably fit more than 3 adults in this space. The location is centrally located and easily walkable to several tube stops. But for the price I expect better.

Needed a deep clean and hot water. Think twice

1) Communication was off to a rocky start when I asked about how payment is made. I was told I received a link to confirm payment. I did not submit payment until 2 days prior to check-in. At this point, the property management team seems irritated that I had not paid even though I told them multiple times I never received a link. 2) Check-in: process was a bit difficult considering I had to wait for someone to drop the key off. I feel as though the process could have been much more efficient. 3) Location: When walking from Marylebone station, it was a pleasant walk. The neighborhood does seem to change a bit. It is very centrally located. I did feel mostly safe. Quick to get to Edgware station and about 16 min from Paddington. The shops on Oxford St and Bond St are about 10-12 min walk. We did witness a pickpocket targeting a family while on Bond Street. I would say this is very common in most EU/UK cities. 4) Cleanliness: There were a few problems with cleanliness. - The place could use a mopping. Our feet and socks were black from the floors. - Showers/bathrooms received a “landlord special” with everything being painted a very nasty gold color - Mildew and mold buildup in showers - Linens appeared dusty and musty 5) Hot Water: We had multiple issues with hot water. We contacted the property owners multiple times. They said they would call and send someone out. No one called me. The man that arrived to give us the key came to check the hot water. Terrible help.
