Residence barbecue available for common use. The apartment has a kitchenette, separated from the living area, equipped with a big refrigerator, gas stove and electric oven. Toaster and coffee machine available The living area has a large table for family dining and a comfortable sofa bed suitable for 2 people; overlooking the residence garden partially usable for outdoor dining and furnished with table and 4 chairs. Large double bedroom with wardrobe and safe deposit box. Anteroom with washing machine and renovated bathroom with shower. Satellite TV, free wifi connection and air conditioning available. Secure car parking at guest’s disposal. Pets allowed on request. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
