9 Zinc Modern apt, amazing Fistral views & sunsets. Close to golf course.

9 Zinc has its own entrance accessed from Headland road.
There are a couple of steps (7) up to the patio and from this point the apartment is all on one level.

We also have available the apartment next door, 10 Zinc, if you would like to book both together - Please enquire for available dates.

The main room has ample space for open plan living with a well appointed modern kitchen with integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and gas hob. (The washer dryer is located in a utility cupboard).
A stylish breakfast bar loosely divides the room and provides a casual area for dining, with a separate dining table.

The living area has comfortable seats, Smart TV with HD and wireless broadband. The patio doors lead out onto the terrace with outside furniture to enjoy the amazing views across the Atlantic coastline and fabulous sun sets.

This 2 bedroomed apartment sleeps 4 people. Service Animals are allowed - please notify us of any animal at the time of booking.

Bedroom 1: has the benefit of a double bed, wardrobe, a beautifully tiled en-suite shower room and a balcony to the rear.
Bedroom 2: sleeps 2 people and has clothes storage.

The bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment for maximum relaxation.

The main bathroom is a generous size with a bath, shower over, toilet, heated towel rail and wash basin.
The en-suite has a fitted shower, toilet, heated towel rail and wash basin.

The secure parking is for 1 vehicle and has a maximum height clearance of 2.20 metres

Perfect location

We have stayed in many places in Newquay but found this one to be the best to get the most of the town. A short walk to Fistral or a short walk to town. Well equipped flat with great comms from the owner.

Beach View property

Great experience, would go back, lovely views, well kitted property (kitchen) bedding and towels provided towels of decent size too. Fantastic it had a washing machine, heating works well when chilly but in general a warm property. Short walking distance to the beach, short walking distance to town, secure parking, couldn't want more from a property really I'd you going for a beach escape.

The Headland is the best location in Newquay - within walking distance of Fistral beach and 500 yards in the opposite direction you are in the town centre. The apartment is fresh spacious and modern, with a very large self contained patio - and your own private entrance. We love the location and the views, we hope you will too.
