Perfect Stay and Excellent service!

Now that I am back to my normal routine at Florida, I have to take the time to tell you about my stay. The level of professionalism, service and courtesy of the host is unparalleled. They were very responsive from booking, to arrival and all the way to checkout. Maribel and Alexis made sure that all my needs were covered and that I had a perfect stay. The facilities are 100% as described; they were very clean and perfect for me. The location is incredibly centric and provides superb access to the airport, key locations and main highways. I have family at PR that I will visit again and I am definitively coming back.

Nice private place, clean, comfortable. Nice air conditioning at the bedroom. Host was sweet and friendly and explained everything to us. We have a parking space for our rental and is close to the airport and car rental. It's a center location. It's in second floor with nice stairs. Great place to stay for a couple of people. I'll go back.

Very nice quiet property. Owner was extremely friendly and personable. Had nice small kitchen and dining table for us to eat at. Only issue for this older bigger guy it was in 90s and they only had A/C in bedroom portion of the apartment. Made it difficult to sit in living room area to watch any TV but we spent most of the time looking at sites and just eat and slept there.

Nice Place!

I rented this location for a few nights and upon arrival I was very pleased with the location!! The rental was very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom! It did not have air conditioning and the fans did not help at all!! I would suggest a stronger fan for sure! There was also some confusion with the listing as I read there was a private balcony and there was no balcony but there was a patio.. Privacy wasn’t really great!! The other tenants and owners parked cars right in front of the rental windows and bc there is no sound barrier, it was very noisy in the mornings. But other than that I had no other issues! It was very clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything necessary!! I would recommend this rental to others!!
