Amazing reat location close to restaraunts and beaches

Was amazin if you looking for a safe clean peaceful place to vacation I recomend 100% the host very resposive in addressing any concern you might have close to everything quiet area easy to locate

Basic place to stay for small family.

This place worked okay for my family of 5 since just needed a place to sleep for 3 nights. The house has all the basic necessities like 2 beds and a futon in one bedroom with an AC. The bathroom and kitchen and living room were clean but again basic. Great location near the airport and places to eat and buy groceries. Check in process was easy and the host always communicated with me.

Debió mostrar fotos de lo que indica en el momento de su llegada , y con mucho gusto lo ayudaba , debió leer todo lo que indica la reserva y se le indico que eran demasiadas personas , y no se le cobró por el daño de la ropa de cama que se tuvo que desechar, que bueno que tuvo 8 días sin más inconvenientes gracias

So nice and amazing

Vivian was a great host and my friends and I highly recommend. We were there a couple days for spring break and Vivian provided us towels that she washed each day without us asking since we forgot to bring us. Also the place come with a hot plate and pots and pans too!

It was hot and by the airport, no stove, hot plates in the outdoor kitchen. Front door needs to be fixed, but it was Puerto Rico! So it was a good time with the best food!

We were mostly out during the day and only used the place to sleep for five days. Overall, it felt safe & quiet which we appreciated. However, we did notice a few things that could be improved for future guests: the TV remote wasn’t working properly, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the linens and pillows didn’t smell fresh. There was also some dust under the bed. While the stay was manageable, these small touches made it a bit less comfortable than expected.

This place did the job, but just barely. Would not stay here again. Kitchenette is outside, so dishes cannot stay clean, and bugs and lizards find their way in easily. Living room is very dark. One single light bulb, but was flickering so we had to unscrew it. There was a storm our first night, and the power went out around 6am. Texted the host multiple times to see what we should do, but didn’t get a response for 4hrs. Beds are not comfortable, and do not have proper sheets, so you are in contact with a blanket that has been who knows where. No hand soap in the whole home. Only A/C window unit in the bedroom upstairs. Ceiling fans are extremely squeaky.While Vivian was mostly kind of prompt with communication, the home itself was dusty and uncomfortable. I would not recommend.

Es muy importante LEER todo lo que incluye su reserva y donde está todo para su necesidad y preguntar antes de la estadía cuáles son sus necesidades importantes , para poder ayudar leer cómo estará el clima en la ciudad cualquier evento de clima no está en nuestras manos el clima inesperado , La reservar indica que no incluye cocina , que es media cocina, donde está , Read is very important

A cute apartment in a nice neighborhood. Not a 5 star hotel, but that's not what we were looking for. We wanted to stay in a typical residential area, and this one was very nice. The host, Vivian, was fantastic !! When Tropical Storm Ernesto came by and knocked out the power, she stopped several times to see if we were ok and if we needed anything, brought us ice, coffee, and jugs of water, charged our phones in her car, and offered to run us to the store if we needed anything. She made a difficult situation much easier. We will definitely come stay again when there isn't a storm and there IS power.

Good over all but it lacks proper AC. The fans just create hot air, the only ac unit it’s upstairs it’s not hot enough to Cool off entire floor. The shower head has low pressure and it’s extremely hot. Other than that, nice place
