Residence Suite sleeps up to 12 people, with two spacious bedrooms compromising with Flat Screen TVs, a deluxe bathroom with a 6 man whirlpool bath, waterproof TV screen, another bathroom with walk in shower & a spacious modern kitchen/living room with more sleeping space. Set in the heart of Blackpool town centre. Offering easy access to public transportation & the fabulous promenade with the famous Blackpool amusements

There is only On street parking which is paid by the metre. Free after a certain time at night till the morning. Make sure you check the signs. The nearest car park is Queen Street Car Park.

There is a fully refundable damage deposit of 300 GBP per apartment

Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.

There is a cleaning fee of 98 GBP and a fully refundable damage deposit of 300 GBP per apartment. Please note that bookings from local residents within the FY postcode will be required to pay a 500 GBP refundable damage deposit.
