Old stone farmhouse completely renovated, (CIN: IT046005C27KWY5CSD) surrounded by olive trees, in a small village on the first hill of Camaiore, 365 meters above sea level, from where you can admire a splendid view of the sea, the Versilia valley and the Apuan Alps. The house is about 70 square meters, on the ground floor kitchen with gas oven, 5 burners, refrigerator, dishwasher and small pantry. Living room with sofa, pouf-bed, satellite TV, DVD, fireplace. On the first floor double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds that can be separated, equipped with air conditioning and sheets. Bathroom with shower, equipped with linen Laundry corner with washing machine. The large garden, from where you can enjoy the view in complete tranquility, equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, pergola where you can have lunch with barbecue corner and slide for the little ones. In the spring/summer period (from May 18th to September 6th), guests can enjoy an inflatable hydromassage pool (diameter 180 cm, height 66 cm), where they can relax.
In the nearby village of Pedona, reachable on foot along a path of about 1 km, there are two minimarkets, and a typical Tuscan restaurant.
The nearby cities are: Pietrasanta (12km), Viareggio (13km), Lucca (25 km), Pisa (30 km), Florence (90 km). The owners live in the adjacent house, and will be happy to welcome you with a small welcome, they are available for any advice and more.
In the winter the house is supplied with wood for the fireplace.

This was our second stay with Marco and Ilaria, this time again with our older dog. We were welcomed with delicious cake and new varieties of pizza – absolutely wonderful after a long journey. We had truly missed this little paradise, where everything is thoughtfully taken care of. Every day we were happily visited by Dora the dog or Furio the cat, which made the stay even more special. We would love to come back for a third time!

Nostalgisch und Reine Natur

Es war wie eine Reise in die Vergangenheit .Es war alles da was man braucht und dann Natur pur.Eidechsen Glühwürmchen Ameisen …..Die Gastgeber absolut hilfreich jedes kleine Problem wurde sofort behoben.Zur Begrüßung gab es selbstgemachte Pizza und es wurde beim Koffer tragen geholfen einfach Klasse Gastgeber.Der Ausblick vom Grundstück ist Wnderschön.

Ein kleines Paradies

Unser Aufenthalt in Pedona war wirklich schön. Marco und Ilaria waren sehr freundliche, fürsorgliche, aber nicht aufdringliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ganz am Ende des Weges war sehr sauber, wirklich schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der Garten mit Blick auf Berge und viel Meer war bezaubernden, die Sonnenuntergänge legendär. So sieht vermutlich das Paradies aus. Gut zu Fuß sollte man in der Gegend sein, es geht viel bergauf und bergab. Der Strand ist aber auch nur 30 min. entfernt, und nach Lucca ist es auch nicht weit. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Petit paradis en Toscane

Charmante petite maison typique de Toscane idéalement placée entre mer et montagne. Un accueil exceptionnel d’Ilaria et Marco. Tout est réuni (vue incroyable, pergola, jacuzzi) pour passer de superbes vacances dans une région riche culturellement et culinairement !

Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans la maison de Marco et Ilaria! La maison est fonctionnelle et pleine de charme, le jardin provoque un vrai coup de cœur avec une vue époustouflante. Super séjour

Les propriétaires Marco et Ilaria sont vraiment très accueillants. Notre arrivée à été ponctuée avec de délicieuses pizzas et une belle soirée avec nos hôtes. L'appartement est très bien, un peu perdu dans la montagne et la route pour y arriver est par moment assez étroite. Bellevacances

Impressive and nostalgic

We have been there with our 2 kids and dog for 3 very impressive and nostalgic days. We enjoyed the breath-taking view, the open fire place, the big garden and the warm and helpful kindness of the hosts. Our dog liked to play with the hosts' dog. We will go back there for a longer time.

Reçus par un couple charmant et prévenant, Marco et son épouse ont été aux petits soins pour ma Famille ! Magnifique emplacement. La maison est juste parfaite. C'est à 25 min des plages de Viareggio, dont la partie sauvage est belle. On est aussi près de Lucca et de Pise, il y a plein de choses à voir et à faire - pas le temps pour tout en une semaine- surtout que c'est agréable aussi de rester dans le jardin à admirer la vue. Mention particulière pour les hôtes qui sont vraiment tout à fait charmants et prennent à coeur de bien recevoir leurs guests.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Atmosphäre

Mit unserem Hund verbrachten wir eine erholsame schöne Zeit. Eine ruhige Unterkunft in entspannter Umgebung. Von den äußerst herzlichen Gastgebern Ilaria und Marco wurden auch wir mit einem selbst gebacken Kuchen und einem gemeinsamen Willkommens-Pizzaessen empfangen. Der Garten bietet alles was man zum relaxen und entspannen benötigt von den Olivenbäumen, dem Grill, über Hängematte bis zum Whirlpool. Nicht zu vergessen der atemberaubende Blick in das Tal mit Meeresblick. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Einfach fantastisch

Mit soviel Gastfreundschaft wird man selten empfangen. Ilaria und Marco sind nicht nur hilfsbereit, sondern liessen uns direkt spüren, dass wir mit unseren drei Kindern herzlich willkommen sind. Der Garten mit seiner unglaublichen Aussicht ist ein Traum und alles was man benötigt ist im Häusschen zu finden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

"Casa pulita e in ordine attrezzatura ottima borgo tranquillo ed ospitale giardino con vista stupenda sul mare ideale per un completo relax e cena all'aperto,e poi il tutto accompagnato dalla cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari che hanno contribuito a rendere magica la nostra vacanza. Beautiful rustic hideaway

Although the area was a little confusing to get to, and you definitely need a small vehicle to get through the streets, you end up on the top of the hill overlooking the Valley out to the sea. Marco and his wife were very welcoming and even made homemade pizza for dinner with us. The little house itself is two stories with multiple layers of stairs Which could be hard for some, but was just fine for us. Perfect for a couple who wants a little quiet time and a beautiful area. Just definitely bring bugs.

Wunderschöne typisch italienische Unterkunft

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Marco und Ilaria empfangen. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Ausflugsziele. Begrüßt wurden wir am ersten Abend mit leckerer selbstgemachter Pizza. Nach einer so langen Fahrt war das für alle eine große Freude. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet genügend Platz. Die Aussicht im Garten ist natürlich noch die Krönung. Man kann gemütlich zu Abendessen und den Sonnenuntergang am Meer mit Bergen genießen. Wir würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen. 😊

"La location est parfaite...

"La location est parfaite et les propriétaires sont très très sympathiques, tout en restant discrets. Marco et Ilaria ont été plein d'attentions dès notre arrivée (soirée pizza !!) et ont toujours eu le souci de nous offrir de bonnes conditions pour notre séjour. Le cadre est fabuleux, le jardin a beaucoup plu à nos deux garçons de 6 ans (jeux mis à disposition). La maison est bien située pour profiter des joyaux toscans. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour !! Encore un grand merci ! Cécile, Nicolas, Bruno et Corentin"

Heaven on earth

Our stay was something out of a dream. We arrived here after 10 days travel in Italy and it was the perfect place to relax before moving on for the rest of our journey. The house and garden are so beautiful. The views from the garden looking out at the sea and the mountains are stunning. Marco and Iliara are truly delighful and so kind. We arrived to a just baked warm cake and lasagna. Your kindness was much appreciated. The walk to the local restaurant was magic. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Sirina and Stan.

"Concernant cette premièr...

"Concernant cette première exprience avec Homelidays, ce fut une réussite totale pour nous trois. Il faut dire que la famille D. nous a accueillis formidablement : réfrigérateur rempli... gateau déposé sur la table... invitation le premier soir à partager la pizza "maison" ! Le logement est impeccable, vaste et donnant agréablement sur le parc avec une vue magnifique. Grand respect de notre intimité et qualités humaines exceptionnelles de la part des propriétaires. En résumé, pour qui veut essayer la formule en sachant que la rencontre avec les gens est non seulement possible mais également très riche, nous ne pouvons qu'encourager ce genre de tourisme intelligent et humain."
