Alternative to backpackers

Instructions for parking and how to find the apartment were good. Disappointed as bedding was not the nicest. One bed didn't have a top sheet and the cover was stained. When we asked for a sheet, we were helped reluctantly. There was hair on the bathroom wall (cleaner did return) and one toilet was running. When fixed it still didn't work properly. Bedside lamp didn't plug into powerpoint. Such a shame, as could be a nice place to stay if some work was done.
