Mystic Mountain - Great Location! Close to All the Action!

Mystic Mountain, is a charming three-level log cabin offering two bedrooms with one being lofted and two and half full bathrooms located in a resort community within two miles of the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge. This spacious cabin is within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action!
As you enter the main level, the cozy living room invites you to come in, sit back, and relax in front of the stacked stone gas fireplace offering a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, rocker TV, VCR/DVD Player, gas fireplace, ceiling fans and wood flooring. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an eat in dining area that offers seating for 4. A half bath is found just passed the kitchen which also houses a stacked washer/dryer for guests convenience.
On to the upper level where you find offers guests a luxurious lofted Queen Bedroom, TV, and carpeted flooring. There is a private full bathroom on this level with a tub/shower combination and tile flooring.
Head on down to the lower level where you find a spacious King bedroom with a TV, wooden bench, rockers, ceiling fan, carpeted flooring and a door to access the lower-level deck. There is a separate area for the Jacuzzi and a private full bathroom that offers a standup shower only with tile flooring.
The covered front deck on the main level offers visitors a comfortably place to enjoy nature at its finest with a wooden swing and two wooden rockers. There is a covered main level back deck that offers a gas grill, patio set for 4, and 2 wooden rockers for a nice barbeque or even do a little birdwatching or watch the squirrels play around among the trees. The covered lower-level deck offers a hot tub with privacy louvers, 2 wooden rockers and a table as well as a wooden Adirondack Chair. Guests will love sitting in the rockers or soaking in the hot tub after a long day of activities enjoying nature at its finest! With all the luxuries for your home away from home, Mystic Mountain is perfect for couples or small families to enjoy the Smoky Mountains!

We had a terrific stay at Mystic Mountain cabin! We spent most of our days exploring, but enjoyed coming back to a sweet & cozy cabin. It was very clean, and check-in/check-out were simple. We would absolutely book again.

Beautiful 2 bed cabin. Very cozy. Loved the area the cabin was located in. Lots of room in all the areas of the home. Peaceful porches (3) to relax on. Loved coming in everyday and just flipping a switch to have a nice fire going. Only thing I would say it was missing was a keurig. Otherwise this was one of the top homes we’ve ever stayed it.

Mystic mountain

Very nice rustic cabin in the woods. The location was convenient to the Smokey park convention center where we had a line dance workshop. It was also convenient to the main strip for dining.

All around we had a great stay. The cabin met all of our needs for the few days we stayed. Parking is limited and the drive is steep, this may not be the best place to stay if you drive a small vehicle or only have 2WD. The kitchen isn't well equipped, so if you are planning on cooking would recommend bringing your own equipment.

PERFECT LOCATION

Theres no doubt about it, this is the one! We loved this cabin. The grill, hot tub, jacuzzi, full kitchen, and all the rocking chair were used thoroughly! Just book it. My 3 year old was safe and that was important.

Cabin was great. Toilet seat was broken and property manager called to check on us and they came and put a new seat on it immediately. But….the parking is horrible and should be known in advance. I will not rent that unit ever again. But Only due to the parking.

The place was nice, just two things put us off. The drive is very steep and it was covered with leaves. The cleaning staff left sheets in the living room and I don't think they were there any time before us because we found roaches in the kitchen and basement bath. A little off putting but we are country folk so killed all we saw, don't thing any one else would have been so tolerant.

During our stay, we had a horrible ant problem. We went out & bought ant traps, didn’t think much about it. The dryer timer didn’t work. It continuously would run until you manually turned it off yourself & the dryer exhaust was completely clogged off. I honestly don’t know how it hasn’t caught on fire yet. (You could see the dryer vent from the driveway on the side of the cabin & could see how clogged it was.) We noticed several cob webs on the walls throughout the entire cabin as well. The location of the cabin was great. Other than these few issues, our stay was pretty good.

Home away from Home

Beautiful property with plenty or room along with a hot tub 2 DECKS and Full size washer n dryer. Close to everything literally five mins from everything in Pigeon Forge. Drive way is steep but was expected. Will definitely recommend to anyone and return for another visit....ty so much

No wifi!

As expected from some of the other reviews, the driveway was very steep. But, we're from the mountains of West Virginia..so we navigated it easily and we were able to park 2 crew cab trucks in the driveway. The cabin is beautiful and very spacious. The only downfall was, it doesn't have wifi! I overlooked that detail when booking, or to be honest I would have never booked this place. Wifi is essential when you have children! I'll not make that mistake again. Lol We love the cabin and the location, but regretfully we won't book again unless wifi is provided.

My husband and I LOVED the cabin. Pictures online was how it looked down to the cozy Christmas tree in the corner. (I love it!) Loved the area, close to the action of Pigeon Forge, but sitting on back porch or in the hot tub, very quiet. Was a great little get away and will go back! Only crazy thing is that driveway... it is very short but very steep, took me a day to get the hang of parking.

The cabin itself was great but you definitely need to mention how steep the driveway is we got stuck and couldn’t get up it we finally got backed down and you have to go super fast just to get up it
