"Blackberry Patch" is located within the Waldens Creek area in the mountains of Sevierville, TN. This newly renovated cabin in the private neighborhood of Nicoha, makes the perfect place to relax and get away from busy city life. While having great mountain views and a real feel of being in the wild, Blackberry Patch is just 4 miles away (10 min) by vehicle from the Parkway (Pigeon Forge Strip) near all attractions, restaurants, Shopping and many other amenities the city offers. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg are only (30 min) 14 miles away and Dollywood Theme park is (20min) 9.4 miles away.

'Blackberry Patch' is a well preserved and maintained cabin that offers our guest brand new furniture, appliances and home goods. The open concept of the cabin is ideal for foresting family memories, with a dinning of 6 while enjoying the mountain views and lots of open space that keeps the family from being seal off. The main floor has a master suite including a king size bed where you can enjoy a smart flat screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has been newly remodeled with granite counter tops and brand-named cabinets, specially designed to make the kitchen feels like yours. Also, the main floor includes washer and dryer located in the pantry and a Weber Gas Grill placed right outside the back door for easy access to the kitchen. The upper floor has a private bedroom with a full size bed and bathroom. The ceiling high windows in the loft allows guest to enjoy the mountain views while having fun with friends and family. The loft is equipped with an Air Hockey Table, lots of table games, music and a full size sofa bed.

The best part of 'BlackBerry Cabin' is the outdoor area, the deck goes around the front and side of the cabin providing views to the mountains on both sides and creating a sensation of being secluded in the forest. There is plenty of sitting area including a swing allowing families and friends to bond. The hot tub is warm and ready in case you would like to relax and have a drink.

Great getaway!!

Loved the unfinished wood interior and ease of access. Comfy, homey feel, nice kitchen and great layout. Quiet area and great porch with a nice view. Can’t wait to come again or even make it an annual trip.

Quick getaway

The location of the cabin to the amenities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were great. The deck was a nice space to enjoy the views. During our stay there was an issue with the water, but Lina was quick to resolve the issue without interference with our vacation. Overall we would stay again.

Relaxing & Scenic

We had a great time. The house was very clean and exactly what we needed. Because we weren’t venturing out much due to covid-safety, we wanted a place that had really good WiFi & TV, as well as good views & outdoor space. It had all of that. We did scenic drives, picnics & hikes but it was really nice to come thome after that and have a retreat that had everything we needed. I spent most of my time on the deck. 🙂 The owner was easy to communicate with.

Perfect Getaway

Lina was an excellent host and very responsive. We had a couple of minor issues, and she did everything she could to address them right away. The cabin was perfect for our family of three, and we LOVED the location. It snowed while we were there and we didn’t have to worry about being too high up in the mountains. So, we were able to enjoy the snow without worrying about being stuck. The cabin is located about 15 minutes from the Apple Barn. We would definitely recommend Lina as a host and her rental property!

Blackberry Patch was the right pick

Cabin was really nice. Enjoyed our time there. ...Weather wasn't very cooperative, but there's nothing anyone can do about that. ...Lina answered every question I had in a quick fashion. ...Wish we'd had more time there to learn the roads. My phone always seemed to take me back on a different side road which, in the rain, was a bit confusing at times. ...Strongly recommend the property and would definitely go back, if future dates/availability align.

Absolutely perfect!

Blackberry Patch and Lina were more amazing than you can imagine. The photos and description, while great, don't give you any idea of how amazing the cabin and views truly are. I am always a little nervous when booking a place like this because photos can be a bit deceiving. No need to worry about that with this property!! From the minute we pulled into the driveway we knew we had found the perfect home away from home for our 8 night honeymoon. Inside the cabin is beautiful. Very clean and organized. The view from the back deck and hot tub is spectacular! You'll definitely want to be sure to get back to the cabin in time to sit in the hot tub and watch the sun set. Breathtaking! The cabin is so homey and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and so well stocked. We fixed every meal there...didn't eat out one time. The grill worked perfectly and made many amazing meals for us. The location is perfect. Not too far from any site or destination and a very easy drive with nicely paved and wider roads. We are already anxious for our next stay at Blackberry Patch. And I can't emphasize enough how responsive Lina is. Always so prompt and kind.

Cabin was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was broken and the grill wouldn’t light. The beds definitely are not enough for 6. We had a family of 4 and it was enough. Host was quick to respond and kind. We would recommend for a family, but make sure to double check that the amenities are fixed.

My wife and I stayed at BlackBerry Patch for a week and found the cabin a wonderful place for a vacation.Everything was clean when we arrived and the evening September sun brightened the entire cabin. There were cleaning/toiletry boxes with supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen; while we did use some of our own supplies we found the provided items met our needs for most of our stay.The main floor was spacious for the two of us. We cooked all of our breakfasts and most dinners in the kitchen. It was well stocked with the needed cooking equipment and my wife mentioned the knives were sharp and cut easily (I’ve found dull knives are the most overlooked item in most places we’ve stayed)While there are neighboring properties the back porch was very secluded. It was a great place for looking at the nearby mountain with the morning coffee or evening beverage. The hot tub is also located on the back porch and we used it after many long hikes and enjoyed the evening stars.We liked the location to the Great Smoky Mountians NP and found we were usually 30-60 minutes to most of our hiking trails. BlackBerry Patch was a great place to stay for our trip.

Just right for our trip. Easy to book and take care of on line. We had the best time with 3 of our grandchildren. They loved the cabin too! It was our gift to them cause they hadn’t been to the Smoky Mountains. I think we be back soon.

The air hockey table didn’t work great. The lights in the dinning room half didn’t work. If you have multiple kids, might need to look elsewhere as the 3rd bed is a pull out couch. Had a keurig machine which worked out great, had all utensils and pots for kitchen. Provided enough laundry/dish washer soap to get through at least 2 days.
