ER19, R19, Fryemont, is a generously designed two- story log cabin situated in a resort setting, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It includes a hot tub and is enveloped by a tranquil wooded landscape, nestled in a cul-de-sac that provides guest with a sense of seclusion. Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action! As you enter the main level, you will find a cozy living room area that offers 3 sofa's, gas fireplace, TV, ceiling fan, and wood floor. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level with a table that will seat 6-8 with the bench and has everything needed to enjoy tasty meals at the cabin! The master bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, wood floors, access to a private full bathroom with a claw tub, stand up shower and access to a covered private balcony.
On to the lower level, a bedroom with 2 queen beds, TV, rocker, ceiling fan, wood floor, access to a private full bathroom with tile floors and access to the lower level deck. Guests will find another bedroom offering 2 queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, wood flooring, and access to a private full bathroom with tile floor. There is even a laundry room closet that houses a stacked washer/dryer for guest convenience.
For guests to enjoy the sounds of nature, there is a covered partial wraparound main level deck with 2 patio chairs and table, patio set for 4, and a gas grill. Place is in need of repair.

Appeared to worry more about money then maintenance. Toilet down stairs didn't work. Hot tub didn't work. Water leaked down stairs when upstairs shower runs. Leaked all over baggage before noticing. Over all very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.

We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for the last 15 years. This was by far the dirtiest cabin we have ever stayed in. -Bed sheets had not been changed, crumbs and legos left behind. -Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Inside and out. -If you took out the drain stopper in the kitchen sink, it was full of slimy mold, smelled foul. -The toilet downstairs was clogged. They did use 3 plungers and a snake to "fix it" but was still unusable the rest of our stay. -In the same bathroom, went to turn on the shower and the spout shot off. -Initially the A/c didnt work and was 77 degrees in the cabin but we called and they were able to fix it. -The cabin smelled old, musty and smoked in. -While we were in the cabin living room, we heard the front door being unlocked and a lady just walked on in. Looking for someone and said oops mustve went to the wrong cabin? I guess the door codes were the same??? -only one garbage bag for the entire week -master suite had no shower curtain or rod, water just ran all over the floor for you to clean up. -tv downstairs was extremely old and didnt work, our kids had nothing to watch to go to sleep. - photos of rental ad were not up to date We will NEVER rent through Eagles Ridge Resort again.

Could have been better

This particular property had bed bugs. We were moved to another property but had wasted a lot of time arranging that move that could have been spent making memories. 2 of my kids were ate up with bites and the inconvenience really made the whole thing horrible.

Quaint and Beautiful Area Few Upgrades Needed

Cabin was nice mostly private and on a beautiful Hill . However we were unable to open windows because no screens in them, Ants were everywhere in the kitchen and unable to utilize hot tub because of Carpenter Ants. I understand we were in the woods, but I have stayed in plenty of cabins without this issue. The beds were like sleeping on box springs as well. The pool area was nice up until our last day there when a crowd of people were drinking in the pool, drunk and harassing my 13 and 14 year old girls. Security came by and just asked them if everything was OK and then left. So while it is a very Beautiful Place there could be a few changes to some rules, and definitely could upgrade the beds.

Cabinet needs to be updated.

Cabinet has a lot of things that didn't work. Repairs or Replacement needed was the outside steps, Hot tub, fireplace, dry vent stopped up, all mattresses sleep horrible, stove has burners not working and there was many other things. Cabinet needs to be updated. Very disappointed, we price a good price for the weekend and Felt very inconvenient. We enjoyed Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area and activities. I know we will return, but We will never stay in this cabin again

We loved the cabin, resort and the location

We loved our cabin in the woods. We were in unit 19 which is tucked away at the end of a dead end street. Cabin was very clean and equipped with everything we needed to get through our stay. All the main attractions were a short drive away. Only negatives were that the hot tub did not work properly and the main floor bedroom mattress was hard as a rock. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
