Why Cathy Qualls or Sarah chose Pigeon Forge
We originally bought this as a second home to which we retired. We loved the tranquil setting, the view of the smoking valley and the fact it is close to all the shopping, restaurants, amusement parks for grandchildren and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Although we now live across the county close to a daughter and our grandchildren, we invite you to enjoy this lovely log home while vacationing in the Smokies.
What makes this Cabin unique
The cabin handles a large group well. There are spacious rooms - many directions to spread out from the great room to the large sunroom and back deck with HOT TUB, lots of parking, a two car carport to allow for dry unloading regardless of the weather, a level wooded lot, wildflowers that delight the eye, a great valley view and large kitchen with pantry and full sized laundry.

Loved the Cabin!
We loved the Cabin. It was perfect for our family. The directions that the owner took the time to create for the cabin were excellent. It was much appreciated.
It was a great place the only issue I had was getting up and down the stairs since I'm in a wheelchair but overall the kids and I all had a great time thank you
The property was just as described. There was plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and not feel crowded. The game room and hot tub were a hit. The beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion would be new pool sticks. They were broken and the usable one was taped together and didn’t really work. But it did make for an interesting game because you didn’t know where your ball was going. We would rent this property again.
I was in to check the pool cues before the guests arrived and found them in bad shape when they left. The cues were immediately replaced. Cathy
Not what I expected
The road to get to this cabin was ridiculous. I live in a mountain area so I am used to windy roads but some of those turns made it difficult for the vehicles to make it up the next section of mountain. The cabin itself had a lot of growth on it - I have the rash to prove it was poison of some sort. The beds were comfortable, the gas grill was either very low in gas or just poor quality as what norrmally takes about 45 minutes to cook took almost 2 hours. We didn't even bother cooking everything we bought because of the poor grill. The pool cues, one was broken and the other was missing the tip. I have stayed at other cabins in the area before but this by far was not a favorite of mine. If we were able to just stay at the cabin itself our entire trip, little things like the grill wouldn't have been so upsetting but we were there for a relatives wedding and didn't have extra time for the nonsense.

Best place EVER❤️😊
Perfectly peaceful! Felt like I was home.
This cabin was perfect for our group of 10, ages 7 mos. to 63. Off the beaten track but close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of space for the kids to play and of course they loved the pool table! The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. Bedrooms are private and the beds are very comfortable. My husband and I loved the view from front porch, at night and early morning was very tranquil. The level, covered carport is a plus, driveway is a little scary, but manageable. The only problem we found was new pool sticks are needed. I would definitely recommend Quail's Retreat for folks that want privacy, peacefulness and nature. For us this was a great experience. We plan to come back.
This cabin is in a beautiful private resort with plenty of space between cabins. Close to Dollywood, Splash Country, Golf Courses, the Artist/Craftsmen Loop, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountain National Park.
