Unit good - comms bad

The unit was very nice (except no coffee pot) and location was great however communication with the owner was terrible. They did not respond to multiple emails re: our arrival and the the phone number listed didn't work. Thankfully my daughter used google to find a corporate number for the rental service and we were able to get into the unit. Very stressful.

Unseriöse Vorgehensweise

Ich habe diese Unterkunft über Fewo Direkt gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Vor Ort erhielten wir den Schlüssel per Code über ein Schlüsselkästchen neben der Tür. Es war sehr kalt und nur ein kleines E-Öffchen zur Verfügung für 3 Zimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Es war besonders in der Küche sehr schmutzig. Die Stühle am Esstisch waren sehr marode. Das Geld wurde in bar verlangt und bezahlt. Wenige Stage nach der Abreise wurde die Buchung vom Anbieter storniert und somit auch die Payback Punkte abgezogen!!! Wir waren dort- haben bezahlt trotz Mängel und dann wurde storniert!?!?! Was soll das!!!!?
