In an absolute comfort we offer you 1 studio of 26m square. Located between the sea and the mountains you will find a real haven of peace, air-conditioned and consisting of a single room, private bathroom, a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, a beautiful terrace with table and chairs, a barbecue and a garden to enjoy our healthy and pleasant environment. All our homes are furnished, fully equipped, functional and have been decorated with great charm in order to best satisfy your stay in our company
They also have a free Wi-Fi connection.
To enhance your stay, you will find on site: a swimming pool with deck chairs


The Residence Villa BRANDA is ideally located, about 10 minutes from the airport and less than 2 kilometers from the bay of Calvi, it gives quick access to the most beautiful beaches of the region. As well as to the shops of the city center and the emblematic historical sites of Balagne which are around. Discover the Citadel of Calvi, a perched fortress that offers a breathtaking view of the city!

The Residence is composed of a villa and 11 apartments.

- The villa includes 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a large living room, an independent equipped kitchen, a garden and a private swimming pool. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Ideal for a vacation with family or friends!
- The apartments have one or two bedrooms, a private bathroom with toilet and shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A sofa bed allows you to accommodate a maximum of 4 people for the T2 and 5 people for the T3. An intimate setting perfect for couples or small groups!
Guests of the apartments have access to the outdoor pool.
- 3 fully equipped studios.
Heated swimming pool.
*A large parking lot is available for your vehicles.
The Villa BRANDA residence is equipped for functional and practical vacations, just like at home!
*To enhance your stay, you will find on site: a swimming pool with deckchairs

*NOTES*
-Bachelorette parties and other such parties are not allowed.
-Pets are allowed in the residence for a supplement of 6€ to 15€/night/pet. (Not allowed in the pool area).
Please inform us before your arrival, if you come with your pet.
-Cleaning at the end of your stay is offered (within the limits of reasonable use). However, the dishes and the cleaning of the kitchen area remain at your charge as well as the garbage which will have to be deposited in the containers.
-For long stays, a cleaning in the middle of the stay can be proposed to you as well as the change of the household linen. (In supplement)

Calvi

We voelden ons opgesloten op het terras. We hadden geen uitzicht. Er lag kunstgras op de grond en er stonden schuttingen omheen. Er was alleen een bedbank waar we op sliepen. Het was 25 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Calvi. Het voelde onpersoonlijk.
