Bonjour Madame, Monsieur, Je vous fait ce mail, après avoir fait part de notre mécontentement à l’un de vos collaborateurs par téléphone. J’ai effectué une réservation (090-539-124) d’un studio pour 4 personnes du 18 au 22 mars 2023. A notre arrivée, le studio n’a pas une vue montagne comme annoncée mais une vue parking. Ensuite, l’appartement est dans un état de saleté avancée !! je peux vous joindre les photos prises à notre arrivée, des toiles d’araignées au plafond et au mur, une couche de poussière sur certains meubles (étagère sous la télé, la cafetière et le grille pain) des restes alimentaires sous le grille pain, une vaisselle sale (poêle, verres, couverts). De plus, le ballon d’eau chaude ne fournit de l’eau chaude que pendant 18 minutes, sois 4 minutes 30 secondes par jour et par personne pour se doucher, ce qui vous en conviendrait bien est insuffisant. Une porte de meuble de cuisine cassée, les matelas ainsi que les couvertures sont ou déchirés et/ou tachés représentant un risque infectieux ! Il est inadmissible de louer un studio dans ces conditions, qui de plus sont dangereuses, électricité non conforme, moisissures dans la salle de bain, ventilation remplie de crasse, couverture et oreillers stockés dans les toilettes sans placard ! J’attire votre attention sur le fait qu’au delà du désagrément causé, l’électricité et les moisissures, ainsi que l’état de saleté des textiles, représentent des dangers majeurs pour le santé, notamment pour les personnes asthmatiques. Je vous informe que nous avons photographié l’ensemble des problèmes cités ci dessus, que nous comptons entamer une procédure à votre encontre et partage notre expérience plus que négative si aucune solution n’est trouvée Vous souhaitant bonne réception, veuillez recevoir, Madame, Monsieur, mes salutations les plus distinguées.

Je ne recommande pas du tout

Les photos de l’annonce ne traduisent pas du tout la réalité ! Les couettes sales, vue sur le parking et non la montagne, Spa fermé, mobilier détérioré, manque de couverts, literie de très mauvaise qualité… bref bien trop cher pour une prestation qui n’est pas du tout au rdv ! Je ne recommande pas.
