Aucune précision sur l'annonce abritel pour savoir comment récupérer les clés.
Sur l'annonce abritel il n'est pas précisé comment récupérer les clés du logement.
Le jour de notre arrivé il a fallu que l'on appelle à 11h30 le service client mont blanc pendant plus d'une pour savoir comment récupérer les clés. Et la TV ne fonctionne pas dans l'appartement

Vue magnifique
Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour la vue sans vie à vie et la nous n’avons pas été déçu : magnifique
Par contre il y avait des petites choses dérangeantes dans l’appartement
- pas de chaise ( donc on s’est assis avec la table basse et un banc sur la terrasse avec une table ronde : pas facile
- télévision qui ne marche pas
- Sur le descriptif c’était un four / micro-onde : faux ce n’était qu’un four
Dès le samedi nous avons appelé l’agence puis le dimanche puis le lundi et aucune solution n’a été trouvée personne n’est venue malgré ce que les personnes nous ont dit.
Nous avons aussi appelé Abritel qui devait revenir vers nous mais aucune nouvelle de la semaine non plus
Donc aucune solution de la semaine , heureusement que ce n’était pas plus grave
que ça
J’espère que nos remarques trouveront un échos de votre part
