Chic and elegant were the biases during the renovation of this 1st floor.

Beautiful high ceilings, Design pendant from Vertigo, solid oak parquet, leather made in Italy for the sofa ... all the ingredients are there to make your "prestige" stay in Epernay unique and memorable.

Each room has its tone and character, we wanted to cultivate the difference by drawing on several styles of decoration.

Welcome to Bubble 8, located in the heart of Epernay, the capital of Champagne, just a stone's throw from the famous Avenue de Champagne. Bubble 8 offers a luxury studio apartment in a 19th-century building that was completely renovated in 2017. Tastefully decorated, with all modern comforts.

Close to Bubble 8 you will find numerous restaurants, the SNCF train station and car parks. Ideal for business travellers or tourists coming to stay in the capital of Champagne.

Bubble 8 is an exceptional house in the heart of the town of Epernay, built in 1889, the year of the Universal Exhibition in Paris.

Our residence has a unique history, having housed the Chamber of Notaries of the Marne department for decades, hence the majestic entrance, beautiful high ceilings and remarkable architectural façade.

The residence was completely renovated in 2017 and transformed into a ‘special address’ for accommodation in Epernay. Whether for a business trip or a getaway in Champagne, Bubble 8 invites you to enjoy a unique experience.

Resolutely contemporary for the studios, but also delightfully classic for the apartment, with a loft feel for the top floor, we wanted Bubble 8, open to travellers from all over the world, to provide an intimate and delicate atmosphere.

When you stay at Bubble 8, you will enjoy a range of high-end services and facilities, as well as our availability. We are here to help make your stay a success, so please do not hesitate to ask us for anything. We want to offer you a warm and sincere welcome.

It was very easy to get around town and be able to walk everywhere we needed. The apartment was kept up and lovely. The A/C was very welcome with the temp being as hot as it was for May.

Location was fantastic to Avenue of Champagne, restaurants, and shops. Host greeted us at arrival to go through information about the property. She speaks English very well and organized transportation to the property from the airport. Beds were extremely comfortable. Terrace was a nice outdoor space to enjoy at the end of the day.

The apartments were so beautiful and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds, good showers and all the little extras were available like coffee machines, champagne in the fridge, hairdryers etc. The host is very friendly and made our stay memorable with her kindness and help. I instantly felt like I was home while walking in to this beautifully decorated and perfectly maintained apartment. It was very spacious with every amenity that we could need. The bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. It is a very short walk from the grocery store and there are many great restaurants nearby. Short walk to the train station as well. We loved it.

Our stay at Bubble 8 was wonderful!

From the first phone call with Pascale until the moment we checked out, everything was amazing! Pascale was very inviting and warm and explained everything about the apartment when we arrived (at short notice and with no other accommodation plans!) The apartment was very large and spacious, spotlessly clean and warm! We had the use of a kitchen and 2 l bathrooms and a lounge room and patio! Luxury! The location was very central to the centre of town and lovely restaurants.
