Nestled on a hill and designed with modern and beautiful architectural lines, this luxury complex of just 3 apartments, each one with 165 square meters, one per floor and no adjoining buildings (aggregate), allow us to enjoy ample outdoor and indoor spaces. Enjoy all the home comforts in these cozy apartments, without the commercialized atmosphere.

The apartments are fully air-conditioned and they were decorated to offer a creative, original and comfortable accommodation. Regardless which apartment you choose, you can always have a glimpse at the sea, from both of them. This First floor apartment is the top floor for rental holiday apartment, so you can take full advantage of its panoramic view.

In its INTERIOR, the finishes of 1st quality, the marble lioz floors, the coating of toilets in Italian ceramic or wood carpentry crafted lacquered white, are enchant.

BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS: This apartment has 3 spacious double bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. One of the bedrooms in each apartment, is a suite with a magical view seaward, allowing you to hear the crashing of the waves from the furnished balcony. From the other two bedrooms you can have a glimpse at the building gardens and surroundings and one of them has its own balcony with sea view. The decoration of each bedroom provides a different, relaxing and luxury environment.

LIVING ROOM: Light-filled living room/dining room with 45 square meters, all surrounded by large glazed windows from where you can see the Atlantic Ocean (at a visual distance of 150 m) and the heart of Ericeira village. Take in the stunning panoramic sea view and contemplate Ericeira or the sunset from the sofa or from the balcony. Perfect room to enjoy a cards game (available on the apartments), to get warm in the fireplace (wood provided from November to March, without any extra charge), relax in the chaise-lounge, have a meal (dining seating for 6) or just watch TV (40'' flat screen TV with Astra Satellite Channels).

KITCHEN: Large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with 4 seating chairs and with one sunny balcony. It includes the following items: fridge with freezer, electric oven with 4 ring vitroceramic cooktop stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (machine with capsules, different types of capsules available in the welcome package), electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, juicer, food processor and some spices are provided.

SWIMMING POOL and BARBECUE AREA: In the outside, through the garden, we reach a secluded area where we find the pool and the barbecue area. Enjoy a meal in the built barbecue, supported by a mini fridge with freezer and a table with 8 seating chairs. Or just take a dip in the swimming pool (9m x 4,5m; minimum deep 0,90 m and maximum deep 2,20m), have fun with the pool games or listen music by using the iPhone/iPod speaker dock (AUX-in cable included for non-Apple players) for communal use. There are 12 poolside sun loungers and 1 parasol. The pool area is shared by just 2 holiday apartments so crowding is not an issue.
