This villa of 170 sq.m is a luxury, stone-built villa, comfortably furnished in contemporary style and covers 3 levels:
MAIN LEVEL:consists of a spacious living area with fireplace, LCD Satellite TV, DVD player, dining and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and cooking utensils. The living, dining and kitchen are in an open plan area with access to a large, fully equipped veranda with panoramic sea views .On the same floor, there is a twin bedroom with bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, closet and shower room with cabin. UPPER LEVEL: An internal comfortable staircase connects the main with the upper level and leads to a double bedroom with bedside tables, closet, dressing table with mirror and en suite bathroom.
POOL LEVEL: External steps connect the main level with the pool level. The 70 sq.m pool level (Guest Suite) consists of a double bed, a single bed, dining table, living area. The sofa turns into a wide, single bed for the 8th guest. Spacious bathroom with hydro-massage bath and washing machine. Separate, fully equipped, kitchen and access to fully furnished,sheltered, large veranda, pool terrace and patio. Baby cot and baby high chair provided upon request. Free Wi-Fi access to all areas of the house and pool terrace. Insects screens on all windows. Air-conditioning (cold-hot) in all areas of the villa.

We had an excellent holiday at the villa which had everything we needed and was very clean and well equipped The surrounding area is beautiful and it was not too busy or too touristyWe are hoping to return to the Mani peninsula again

Perfect location and villa for relaxed vacation

There is not much much to say apart from: great big, clean villa for family and friends. We enjoyed our stay and especially the perfect sunset view from all terraces, the pool and the quiet neighborhood. Everything was easy from check in to check out and even small issues (not really worth mentioning) were resolved immediately. Also the villa was cleaned during our stay and towels were frequently changed (every three days) and last but not least the pool was also checked and cleaned every three days. That’s service…! Thx very much to Sofia and the local team taking care of everything

Vive la Grèce

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique entre Mer et Montagne. La Grèce (le Péloponnèse) est un pays absolument splendide . J'ai été impressionné grandeur et la beauté des paysages. Des randonnées, des baignades, des restaurants et des soirées qui resteront dans nos mémoires. Le seul bémol, pour nous, il n'y a pas 5 chambres , effectivement 8 couchages mais pas 5 chambres. Sinon un super confort au rendez-vous. Très cordialement

Situation géographique extraordinaire, maison superbe, service nettoyage impeccable MAIS représentante sur place pas impliquée (le tour des lieux a été fait en 5 mns sans possibilité de poser des questions) et SURTOUT l'annonce d'ABRITEL est erronée : PAS 5 CHAMBRES comme indiqué dans l'annonce mais 2 vraies chambres et une grande pièce séparée en 3 "zones" (par des rideaux transparents) comprenant 5 couchages (1 canapé lit 2 places matelas peu épais/ 1 lit simple et 1 lit double). La propriétaire charmante parle effectivement de 8 couchages mais l'annonce dit 5 chambres ce qui est complètement différent !! Suis prête à échanger avec un représentant d'ABRITEL. Ca aurait pu être très problématique si nous étions partis avec des amis moins proches et surtout ce n'est pas le descriptif de l'annonce qui nous avait fait choisir cet endroit (je tiens la copie du descriptif à disposition). Idem, dans l'annonce il était question d'un billard qui n'existe pas. Ca n'a pas été aussi problématique que les chambres

Fabulous

Fantastic villa set in a lovely location around 3 km from Stoupa with fabulous sea views. Very quiet and peaceful location with all mod cons provided. Looking forward to returning to Villa Nefeli in June 2014
