The ground floor covers 58m², it consists of an entrance, kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms with storage, a shower room and separate toilet.
At the basement level, on an area of 36m², you will find a relaxation area, a master bedroom and a bathroom.

The furniture and equipment are completely new.
There are two large beds of 160 x 200 cm, two bunk beds (6 people) and two sofas.
A cot can be provided on request (10 euros per day).

The additional costs for this apartment are:
- A pack of services of 80 € (including a set of linen, a single household on arrival and some household products).
- Insurance of 11 € (see general conditions).
- A city tax per night and per adult is imposed by the City of Paris.
