Really enjoyed our stay here. Family of 5, with teenagers, and felt really spacious for Europe. Even with the instructions, getting into the flat does take some figuring out, once you've done it once, it is easy. The window is on the ground floor, and opens onto a little private parking lot which may concern some people.

We loved staying here and liked the area that it was in. It’s a bit far of a walk to the major sightseeing but we enjoy walking so that was kinda intentional. The home was very clean and provided everything we needed. The check-in was well explained but the check-out was slightly unclear. I texted her and got that cleared up. Overall it was an excellent VRBO!!

Nice spot!

The apartment is in a charming spot in Paris not too far from le Jardin du Luxembourg. It fits a group of five needing four separate rooms comfortably!!We contacted the host the first of three nights about a lack of sheets for the pullout couch bed but never got a response. It was very warm in Paris when we stayed and the AC units did not work well so we just used fans with the windows closed because they look out on a parking lot. This may be useful info for other visitors staying in the summer.

We had an excellent stay. Perfect layout for our family. Even better location. Convenient to everything and definitely a feel of being local and not in touristy area. Communication with property manager was easy. Will definitely stay again next time.

Great Gem in St. Germain!

Lovely basement flat just a block from public transport, delicious bakeries, and a short walk to Garden Luxembourg. Beds super comfy and we appreciated the large bathroom w/ great water pressure for our family of 5 - as well as access to onsite laundry. I'd definitely recommend this place. Merci for a wonderful stay!

Spacious lodging in a great area of central Paris

A very spacious 3 bedroom 1 bathroom flat in the heart of Paris, close to the metro, numerous restaurants, and shopping. What more could you want? Our only "complaint" is 1 bathroom was a bit tough for a family of 4, but we made it work. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for our family

We just had a wonderful stay in Paris, this apartment is perfectly located in a quieter neighborhood and close to many metro stops. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We also loved the proximity of the gardens. The owner was responsive when we had a minor issue and took care of it right away.
