Luxurious Beach Front Condo On Siesta Key

Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo on gorgeous Crescent Beach, Siesta Key, FL. Voted Best Beach in U.S. by TripAdvisor in 2017, this beach side complex is a great family vacation area for all ages. The white sand is never too hot, the water is always crystal clear and plenty of sunshine throughout the year!

Crescent Siesta Key is an intimate complex, completed in 2006, of only 26 units located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Two buildings in the complex, our condo (unit 404) is in the beach-side building with 16 units; back porch faces the Terrace pool and east building. There are 2 pools, a gulf front pool with spa and a second level terrace pool separating the 2 buildings; grill next to the terrace pool, however this unit is also equip with it's own private gas grill on the back porch.
***update: as of August 2022 the terrace pool is closed for repairs. Likely not up and running until spring 2023. Beach-side pool with spa fully functional.
A fitness/exercise room is located in the east building. The property is gated, elevators in both buildings, and building and pool areas are secured with code-lock entrances. Two private, covered parking spaces reserved for this unit. Full time on site manager.

Our unit is fully stocked with all stainless steal kitchen appliances, linens, iron board/iron, and hair dryers. Unit includes wood flooring, carpeted bedrooms, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 4 TVs, DVD player, washer and dryer, private grill on the balcony and high speed internet access. Plenty of private beach chairs and lounges are reserved for guests at the pool and beach. Company rents out umbrellas and will set up chairs and umbrellas daily for a small fee.

We loved our time in Siesta Key! We felt right at home, as the condo had almost everything we needed for our long stay. The beds and furniture are comfy. Baths are nice. The kitchen is nice (but could use some new cookware). Spacious, clean condo with TV's in every room. Very secure building with easy access to the pool areas and beautiful private beach. Check-in instructions were clear, and communication with the owner was easy. The gulf view from the condo is wonderful. In the late afternoon, the sun makes the gulf shimmer and sparkle with bright light reflecting into the condo. After sunset, the lingering tangerine sky is a special sight. A very enjoyable experience.

Great spacious condo and amazing location!

Enjoyed our week at Siesta Key Beach with family. Having the beach and pool option right outside your building was perfect. Captain Curt’s/Sniki Tiki across the street was super convenient plus many more things in walking distance and if not hopping on The Frog shuttle was super easy to take you to the little village area that had many more shops and restaurants.

This unit had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and cared for. We are a family of 6 and we appreciated all the amenities, esp the grill, beach closet, kitchen, and the wash machine/dryer. The property and pool area felt safe and was very clean. We’ve been staying on Siesta for the last 20+ years and we would definitely stay here again.
