About this property
Gorgeous 2 Bedroom Gulf/Beach Front Condo, Water Views from every room!
AMAZING 2-bedroom, beach front condo with sunset views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with either ocean or lagoon water views throughout the unit. Total remodeling of the unit was recently completed with a new kitchen, appliances, washer & dryer as well as new bathrooms, walls, ceiling etc.
Sit in the lanai, eat, drink and relax while watching some truly amazing sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is one of the closest units on Siesta Key to the Gulf (if not the closest). Your own unit provides quite the spectacular view, with none on the Key likely to be better.
Walk for miles along the beach. See many different species of birds (a birder’s paradise), dolphins and even adult manatees along with their calves. Relax by the heated pool, fish or play shuffleboard. A short stroll to three nice restaurants right around the corner!
If you like boating, you can even bring your own boat (or rent one) as we have free docks available for our guests. There’s also a lagoon in the front where you can kayak or paddle board. There are bike paths throughout Siesta Key and a playground for the children just a few hundred yards away from the unit.
Our unit sleeps up to 6 and also has central air conditioning. We have a brand-new kitchen equipped with all new appliances as well as the availability of a large capacity washer and dryer in the unit. The bathrooms were completely remodeled as well.
Our condo tends to illuminate the views more than most others with its gorgeous, open lanai (not a porch), furnished with sofa, a large comfortable chair and a breakfast nook table and four chairs to enjoy really great views of the Gulf, wildlife and sunsets while just relaxing or even while enjoying a meal. Watching the various beach activities is easy with tinted ‘privacy glass’ allowing easy viewing outside while you’re inside. As a second-floor unit with new sliding glass doors ~11 feet tall, it allows for fabulous vistas and some of the most spectacular sunsets you might ever see and it may even feel like you are on an ocean cruise liner with the water so close.
The entire living area is open to see both the Gulf and beach views. The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two chairs, a large screen HD TV and a Blue Ray player. Games, books and a stereo/CD unit are also available. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with a table and four dining chairs which is open to the kitchen. The floors are tiled throughout, with several ceiling fans amongst the rooms as well as a newly installed and upgraded AC system
With the queen sofa bed in the living room, the unit sleeps six. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV and new furniture including new beds. Our master bedroom has a king bed also overlooking the Gulf. The second bedroom has two twins with great views of the lagoon ‘out back’ (in front?) where you can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, fishing or just relaxing watching the fish jumping out of the water. Because the kitchen is open it allows one to see the views both front and back and it’s fully equipped with many of the comforts of home, with ample new cabinet and granite counter space for your groceries along with all new appliances to cook up a feast. Outside there are gas or charcoal grills available to make it easy to cook any freshly caught fish you may want to taste!
We have also made assorted beach toys, beach umbrella, cooler and beach chairs available in our condo that make it easier for families to enjoy a day at the beach right outside. There’s so much to do both inside and out, it is hard to leave. Life is good!
Outside of the condo...
Things to do – kayaking, biking, paddle boarding and boating - all these can be rented and used right outside of the condo. There are free boat docks available too if you bring or rent a boat. Kayaks will be delivered to you by the rental companies in the area. There is also a very nice bird sanctuary close by which you can kayak to. Consider walking along the beach for miles, all the way to Casey Key to the south and parts of Siesta Key to the north. Kayak and Eco tours are also available if you’d like. In addition to swimming in the Gulf you might see snorkelers, surfers and scuba divers occasionally just outside on the beach. If you’re into fishing you will find company both on the gulf and the lagoon. Don’t be surprised if a Great Blue Herron joins you, eying your catch. Also, if you’re into finding shells we have the best found on Siesta Key.
We are right next to Turtle beach (that has a playground and picnic facilities) and all beaches have free parking if you want to try another. Siesta Key Beach which is only ~4 miles away (ranked as The #1 Beach in US many of the years). On Sunday evenings at Siesta Key Beach (free parking) there is usually a bongo drum jamming session just before sunset which can be a lot of fun to go see, and even join in if you’re a bongosero.
There is a free trolley that brings you throughout Siesta Key to the beach and other restaurants in the village.

Why they chose this property
There is no other place in world renown Siesta Key that has water surrounding it. You have direct facing to the gulf and beach. You have a lagoon behind you that opens up. You can Kayak, boat, snorkel, swim, bike, surf, walk or run along the beach, find shells and wildlife. You can find tranquil spot or join others in the public beach nearby.
What makes this property unique
Our lanai is open to the rest of the condo. It does not have sliders to block the view. It is on the second floor (accessible by elevator too) that lifts you up enough to enjoy the gulf as if you were on a ship balcony. The sliders are all the way to the ceiling so in addition to the lanai, you can see the gulf from the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom. You also have sunsets that are spectacular. The condo has been fully renovated in the kitchen, living room, dining room and bathrooms. It is gorgeous! Life is so good!
