The "Ferienhäusel am Malerweg" is lovingly and completely furnished. Bed linen, towels, heating and final cleaning are included. You will also find a Mediterranean courtyard garden, a small terrace and free W-Lan. A flat-screen TV and a completely furnished kitchen are further amenities of the holiday home.
We invite you to enjoy your holidays in our tastefully and lovingly furnished holiday cottage.

Perfect! Absolutely stunning quaint home, exceptionally clean. 5 Star quality.

Beautiful home, antique/vintage parts kept intact (windows, wood work). Loved it! I think we would like in a Tiny Home if it was designed like this. The entire property was exceptionally clean. Inviting. Just like home! The welcome sign with our name was so sweet. House was comfortable, peaceful and a great escape. Location was on a cute, quiet street, near ferry or a 15 minute bicycle ride into Bad Schandau via Bike path. Highly recommend and would come again if in the area. Thanks so much

Ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub...

...in einer traumhaft gelegenen, sauberen Unterkunft bei herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Die Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt ausgestattet; besser geht es nicht. Es hat rundum alles gepasst und wir kommen gerne wieder; denn "erwandert" ist noch lange nicht alles. :- ) Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Wunderbar

Herrlich unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Schnuckelige, blitzsaubere Wohnung in toller Lage. Man kann im Prinzip direkt aus Krippen loslaufen oder mit dem Rad oder Bus einfach zum jeweiligen Startpunkt gelangen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Krippen einen zu Bad Schandau eingegliederten Dorf, schön ruhig. Durch die gute Infrastruktur , wie Wanderbus oder Wanderschiff, kommt man ohne das eigene Auto zu bewegen, zu vielen Wanderpunkten in der Umgebung, teilweise sogar kostenlos. Im Ort gibt es einen Laden für die Frühstücksbrötchen und für fehlende Kleinigkeiten und verschiedene Gaststätten.

Verfrühte Abreise nach 4 Tagen

Der Vermieter betreibt seine Werkstatt unter der Ferienwohnung und war ständig mit Schleif-und Nagelarbeiten an seinem Wohnhaus im gleichen Hofraum tätig.Nach mehrfacher Aufforderung hat e die Arbeiten unterbrochen mit dem Argument es müsse vorangehen. Die Fewo liegt zwischen dem Bächelweg und einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße die zur Elbbrücke führt,oberhalb der Straße liegt die Bahnlinie. Die Fenster der Fewo sind nur Einfachverglast wodurch der Lärm fast unvermindert hörbar bleibt. Bei Ankunft haben wir auf die chronische Erkrankung meiner Ehefrau hingewiesen. Das Doppelbett ist nur vom Fußende zu benutzen, sodass rauf und runter robben zu Rückenbeschwerden führt. Unser Hinweis unter den gegebenen Bedingungen abzureisen hatte keinen Erfolg, die Arbeiten wurden fortgesetzt. Am 24.06.2021 sind wir vormittags abgereist. Eine Email an Herrn Kleinert bzgl. einer Rückforderung der Miete für 6 Tage vom 26.06.2021 wurde bis heute nicht beantwortet. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Dr. Kurt und Heidemarie Pfützner
