Amazing and clear view of Anguilla Orient Bay, the area is well ventilated so very nice.

This property is a 12-minute walk from the beach. The Rock is located in Orient Bay, in the French part of the island of Saint Martin, 5 km from Saint Martin. It features a hot tub and barbecue facilities.

The condo is nice, matches the photos. It was clean and reasonable. There is a huge hill to get up to the place and the driveway can be a little hard to manage the first few times. Ensure your rental vehicle has hill assist. I didn't like the owner going outside of the vrbo platform for 2nd payment. Originally requested an international wire transfer which vrbo says to never do. Ultimately, I agreed to pay in cash but it was never listed on vrbo or the listing that the owner would want 2nd payment this way. Felt like a red flag and almost a scam. If they would have maintained communication and payment within the vrbo platform, I would rank this condo higher.

Vielen Dank, es war ein toller Aufenthalt in dem mit Geschmack eingerichtetem Haus. Es ist alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Was nicht da war, wurde sofort von dem Gastgeber besorgt. Toller Service! Der Blick vom Haus aus ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für jede Unternehmung.
