Just absolutely awesome. Laetitia was very helpful and accommodating, even answering my questions at very inconvenient times. I will definitely come back and stay right here. Close to the beach and restaurants, and just that right kind of vibe for the island.

Great location; good accommodations

Great little condo near the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 5 and the check-in process was easy and welcoming. The only negative is that the front door was really hard to open and close (sometimes took us 5 minutes to finally get it open) and there were a lot of tiny ants in the kitchen during our stay. We put all the food away and did dishes immediately but they were still there. All said, i would definitely come back and stay there again!

One week in Paradise!

Brand new condo in Orient Bay Park, a gated & guarded community, with all amenities you can think of, fully equipped kitchen, not just the typical extended stay hotel kitchen with only 4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 sets of silverwares, mini-fridge & microwave oven... You can indeed live here with your family as if you were at home! The fully loaded Super U supermarket in Hope Estate is 5 minutes drive away & reminds you you're on a confetti of France in the middle of the Caribbean Sea: the wine, cheese & grocery selection is second to none. 5 stars to Laetitia, the housekeeper who had loaded the fridge with water, beers for us & milk for the kids! Very sweet attention & always here to help or give a tip on whatever subject to ease your stay! Special mention for the 2 balconies where you can enjoy the trade winds sipping a drink (or two!). If you're not in the mood for cooking, a dozen of truly French restaurants will welcome you within 5' walk. Orient Bay beach, indeed one the nicest of the island, is also within 5' walk. Orient Bay Park is definitely a little paradise within a paradise island. We cannot wait to return at Guillaume's place! merci, merci, merci!

Great Stay at Maracuja 16

Guillaume's two-bedroom, two floor condo at Maracuja 16 is a lovely property. It comes exactly as advertised - however, you should confirm the status of the water supply when booking. Water shortages are a common occurrence so you need to plan for them to avoid inconvenience. We simply filled the washing up pails when the water was running, so we would have flush water when the supply was cut off. It worked fine. The Queen beds are firm but very comfortable. The A/C is excellent, with units in both bedrooms and in the main living area. There are two balconies, both facing east - lovely for morning coffee. All fixtures, fittings and appliances are new and in great condition. The kitchen is well-appointed, with a Nespresso machine AND a filter drip coffee machine. There is plenty of parking right by the building, and access to the entire area is through a guarded control point. All the windows and patio doors have electric roll-down metal blinds. You will feel very secure! The owner, Guillaume, and the property manager, Latetia, are responsive and helpful. In five minutes you can walk to the local mini-mall (white flat-roofed building at the top right of the photo that shows the property) where you will find a good variety of basic groceries, beers, wines, etc. The pool is surprisingly pleasant - especially after a long day of doing nothing at the beach. We were sorry to leave and we would happily return.
