Down-at-heel apartment on loud street

Located on a very noisy street, no view from the balconies. The apartment has unpleasant odour, one of the bathrooms is really smelly and the other one has non flushable toilet. Furnishings are worn out and in dire need of reconstruction.

Dear Lenka Thank you for your review. I am very surprised to hear that the street where the apartment was quite noisy. I have never had such complaint throughout my 10 years of renting this apartment. Having said that I intend to go and stay myself for a couple of days to better gauge the level of noise and determine the required actions accordingly. The same goes for what you termed as a ‘bad odour’. Re the flushing of the toilets, I have checked and replaced one of them to make it more convenient. However, may I add that in the case you had a problem with the flushing, you could have contacted me immediately and the situation handled there and then. Furniture is considered to be sturdy and of a solid pine nature. There is nowhere indicated on the website that there is a view from the balconies. The view is from the roof-top as clearly delineated in the description. Kind Regards Lorraine

Appartement bien situé pour rayonner dans Gozo

Appartement conforme à la description, bien placé dans Victoria, à 5 min à pied du grand centre commercial Arkadia. Nous étions en voiture, et l'appartement est très bien placé pour rayonner dans Gozo. Fin octobre, les nuits sont fraîches, n'hésitez pas à demander des couvertures à la propriétaire !
