Three air-conditioned bedrooms.

-The first one is equipped with a bed of 140 and a wardrobe.

-The second is equipped with two beds of 90 and a chest of drawers.

-The third is equipped with a bed of 160, a cupboard, a bathroom and a dressing room.


A storeroom with two fridges, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and a clothesline.

A terrace of 27 m², with a large dining table, two outside lounges with coffee table, without forgetting the hammock.

The whole facing the heated swimming pool* of 3m x 6m with a water at 28°, its beach, its deckchairs, and its external solar shower.
*Due to the energy crisis, and the considerable increase in the cost of electricity, the heating of the water of the swimming pool will be proposed from now on in option at the price of 6€ the night, that is to say 42 € the 7 nights.
The period from June to October is not affected by this measure because the temperature of the pool naturally reaches 28 degrees by the sun.


The villa is located in a very quiet subdivision, with land planted with palm trees, bougainvillea, as well as a variety of local species, which will allow you to spend a pleasant stay without vis à vis.

The villa is planned for 6 people maximum.

Our Villa is located in a very residential area of Trois Îlets, our activity of seasonal rental, must not disturb the peace of the neighbourhood.

The tenant has the obligation to take care that the peace of the neighbourhood is not disturbed by his

fact. Any noise pollution, organization of parties, ceremonies, birthdays, etc..., are forbidden.
